&lt;p&gt;Honest answer: we exported and re-imported for a year before a real integration existed. The pairing that finally killed duplicate entry for us was keeping instructions and skills in one platform (Poka in our case) instead of connecting two systems. Every two-system setup we tried needed somebody to own the sync. If you already have an LMS you can&#39;t leave, budget for that owner, because &quot;has an integration&quot; on a pricing page and &quot;training records update themselves&quot; turned out to be very different things.&lt;/p&gt;
