I like the ability to customize when and how you contact prospects and how often. It gives a lot of flexibilty when trying to convert them to members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of the automation seems redundant. For example, I have seen it send a welcome email to a member who only renewed their membership and was not new to the gym at all. However, customer service is always friendly when correcting this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
