CloudTask has solid people and processes in place to support your engagement. The BDR's they hire are a bit green so you need to have the proper expectation going in to it that there will a significant ramp period to get them up and running on your product/service. You'll need to weigh this against bringing in an internal hire. For us the plug and play nature of the service outweighed the idea of recruiting, training and managing internal BDRs.
