The web interface is great, the 'spirit' that comes through pricing, new features and branding and it just works so well. The free version is very usable, and the paid features do still add value. It's easy to track the time of the different projects and to know who is working on what. It is easy to take out statistics in an excel format and analyze the data after. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When we are on the dashboard, we can have an overview of what the people did. The problem is that there are not enough details we have to go in the report. What I am saying is that it is not that user-friendly when you want to have statistics and do other things than just entering the time for a task for example. But if you do a bunch of little tasks entering the time can be time-consuming. Also, there are not a lot of options for integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Perhaps the way to create the task could be more intuitive, although I don't really have much to criticize. The reports might be a bit complex to create at first, but once you create a couple and get to know the filters, it becomes very intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Actually I dislike nothing!

I love that Clockify helps me to optimize my time spent on different tasks, and provide me some serious personal data about both my work life and personal life. We've just entered to a new year, and looking to what I've done for how many hours, days, ...etc. in the past year was pretty cool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish I was able categorize the tasks I have done more easily, like a folder wise, so that I could track tasks not separated as micro tasks but combined under main tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is great that we can add time manually or set the clock right inside the Jira integration. Time entered on tickets via the Clockify widget in Jira is automatically recorded in both apps. The way we use it, we capture the time in Jira, then do the analysis inside Clockify (or export it and do it in spreadsheet). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Occasionally the desktop app will lose connectivity. This happens on rare occasions and may be due to a bandwidth issue with my internet. However, when this occurs, the website application continues working fine, and no time tracking is lost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
