Very simple and easy UI for anyone who wants to track his time spent. Administration support to create projects, add tags, categories to distinguish between tasks etc. Support for tracking time by record mode which allows you to just press the start button before starting to track a task and press end button once the task is done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Clockify? It all on-line so there is no way to host the solution over your own servers for much quicker access. Sometimes there is maintenance and it causes service outage. No smart logic to encounter time overlapping when adding time tracking entries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Clockify: There are much better options in the market like monday.com or JIRA which provide much more better tracking capabilities. Our managers mainly track time spent on particular task to track performance and cost of a project. We have added all our work projects on clockify and our team members check-in their time accordingly. Our finance team then estimates the revenue through the time spent on a project. Great user interface, works with most company’s payroll system and has great support. You can categorize by project and the interface is easy to use. It has great time management features.
