What do you like best about Clio Manage?

I love how easy it was to set up Clio Manage, with the incredible support from the Clio team. I appreciate how Clio streamlines and automates many of my processes, increasing profitability and allowing me to manage my firm from anywhere. Its automation capabilities, particularly through open AI and API integrations, are beneficial across platforms. I also value how Clio enables task automation, giving me more time and making it easier to oversee my team's activities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Clio Manage?

Nothing. Nothing at all. Clio added absolutely nothing to my practice. They continued billing me even after I cancelled my subscription because the software does not work with anything but their own products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clio Manage?

Ongoing billing of my company card when I had already cancelled the subscription. No response from customer service except bot written emails. If they actually cared about their product, they would provide actual support, and actual customer service. AVOID CLIO AT ALL COSTS Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We’re sorry to hear this has been a frustrating experience, and that this process took longer than expected to track down on our end.

We’ve reviewed your account history closely to better understand what happened. The original subscription was automatically paused in late 2024 after several unsuccessful billing attempts. In January 2025, a new credit card was added to the account, which reactivated the subscription. From that point on, the account remained active and was billed monthly until it was cancelled on June 13.

For privacy and security reasons, we aren’t able to cancel subscriptions on behalf of customers; this must be done directly by the account holder. This policy helps protect sensitive data and ensure only authorized users can make changes to an account.

We understand how frustrating this may have felt and have reached out to ensure a positive resolution.
