**What do you like best about ClickPatrol?**

As a CEO, I don’t want to spend time digging through every click or traffic report, but I do want confidence that our advertising budget is reaching legitimate prospects. ClickPatrol has been useful because it gives us another level of visibility into suspicious traffic and unusual click activity. I particularly like being able to review traffic patterns and identify activity that deserves a closer look. The interface is also straightforward enough that I can understand the overall picture without needing to be deeply involved in the technical side.

**What do you dislike about ClickPatrol?**

There is a fair amount of information available, so it took some time to understand which signals were most relevant to our campaigns. I think the initial learning curve could be slightly easier for new users.

**What problems is ClickPatrol solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One useful situation was when we noticed unusual activity around one of our paid campaigns. From a board perspective, I don't interact with the platform day-to-day, but what stood out during our quarterly review was the clarity of the fraud-detection data our marketing team presented. Knowing there's an independent layer verifying traffic quality gives me more confidence in the acquisition metrics we report externally to investors.

**What do you dislike about ClickPatrol?**

My visibility is limited to summary reports rather than the platform itself, so I can't speak to feature-level gaps. I'd say the main limitation from a governance standpoint is that there isn't a standardized audit-style report we could hand directly to our audit committee without our marketing team repackaging the data first.

Running 40+ rooftops means our local campaigns are constantly exposed to competitor clicks and bot traffic, especially around our highest-intent inventory ads. ClickPatrol's detection caught patterns we hadn't noticed before particularly competitor dealerships clicking our specific vehicle listings during peak shopping windows and the automated blocking meant our team wasn't manually chasing down suspicious activity every week. **What do you like best about ClickPatrol?**

Over the past 7 months running Google Ads, ClickPatrol has cut down bot and competitor click fraud that used to quietly drain our budget a real issue in the Technology, Information and Internet space. As a small founder-led team, I don't have time for complex analytics, but the dashboard is simple enough to check weekly and immediately understand. Setup was fast and didn't pull our team away from product work, and being GDPR compliant is a nice bonus given how seriously our industry treats data privacy. The value of there service worth the money been paid for

**What do you dislike about ClickPatrol?**

There's a learning curve at first since there's a lot of data per click it took a few weeks to get comfortable reading it. A simple weekly email summary would save me time instead of logging in each week. More flexible reporting by campaign type would also help when testing different positioning.

**What problems is ClickPatrol solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before ClickPatrol, we had no real visibility into how much of our ad budget was wasted on bots versus real prospects a costly blind spot in a market where acquisition costs are already tight. Since the IT and managed services industry is highly competitive, the cost of clicks is rather high. As for me, the thing I like most about ClickPatrol is its ability to remove bot traffic and invalid clicks in real-time. The configuration process went smoothly and fast and now we have clear and transparent reports on actual buyer interest in the product.

The system gathers a huge number of detailed clicks, what required some training period at the beginning. It would be very helpful to have more visual summaries available in order to speed up the process of making executive decisions.

I like that it makes something fairly invisible easier to see. We can get caught up looking at sales and conversion figures, but being able to investigate unusual traffic gives the team another angle when something in a campaign doesn't look quite right.

The reporting took us a little while to get used to. At first there was more information than we really needed, so we had to work out which parts were relevant to our own campaigns.

There is a little bit of interpretation involved. Not every unusual click is necessarily fraudulent, so you still need to look at the information in context rather than automatically treating every flag as a problem.

**What do you like best about ClickPatrol?**

The depth of the data points analyzed per click is truly impressive. Having 800 plus data points evaluated for every visitor provides a level of security that most other platforms simply cannot match. The 99.97% bot detection rate has proven to be very accurate in practice and it has fundamentally changed how we view our traffic quality. I also appreciate that the platform is fully GDPR compliant which is a massive relief for our legal and privacy teams while we focus on scaling our reach.

**What do you dislike about ClickPatrol?**

With so much data being gathered the dashboard can feel a bit overwhelming at first for a new user. It takes some time to fully digest all the different metrics available but once you identify the key indicators for your specific campaigns the insights become invaluable. It fits into a modern marketing stack without fuss. Google Ads, Meta and Google Tag Manager each connected without conflicts. Exports load into BigQuery cleanly which makes analysis easy. The platform meets my consulting requirements for audit trails and reason codes which lets me explain outcomes to clients in plain terms.

A simple role based view for read only stakeholders would be useful for clients who want visibility but do not need editing rights.

The best part is the accuracy. ClickPatrol detects fake traffic without blocking real users. We tested a few other solutions before, but they either missed most bots or accidentally excluded real customers. ClickPatrol’s balance is perfect. The interface is intuitive and gives immediate feedback on how much traffic has been protected.

Nothing major. The only small wish I have is for a mobile app so I can check results on my phone.
