What do you like best about Cleverbridge?

Handles all tax/VAT and other compliance issues for my businesses. Subscription and renewal management just work without any fuss or drama. I've used several different eCom platforms over the years, and in my view there's no better solution for selling digital goods than Cleverbridge. What do you dislike about Cleverbridge?

No access to templates, so changes must be requested through client success. This can take time as it's scheduled with design, compliance, legal, etc. Also, there's an obscure feature we use (transactions CSV export) that keeps breaking on us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cleverbridge?

Cleverbridge is so easy and intuitive to use. Setting up products and creating direct shopping cart links is a simple process, making it easy to manage and update products without the need for a lot of technical knowledge.

Another important part for us is that it supports integration with systems like Marketo and Salesforce, which significantly improves usability for other teams.

Cleverbridge also offers additional tools for cross-selling, upselling, and improving conversion rates.

What do you dislike about Cleverbridge?

One thing that’s the downsides of Cleverbridge is that there’s no way to send shopping cart links for renewal subscriptions. This makes the renewal process a bit problematic, especially since all purchases are counted as new, even if the customer has already bought the same product before.

Something that also can be improved is how the renewal rate is tracked. Currently it is on subscription level instead of the account level, which makes it harder to get a full picture of customer retention. On the bright side, you can request a custom report from the support team to get this information, which is helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
