**What do you like best about ClearSquare?**

The ClearSquare team does an excellent job of going above and beyond with their clients. The technical team is very saavy and worked with us on creating solutions not only for deploying in the platform, but solutions that we were able to scale outside of their ecosystem. Though initial setup took some work, they walked through it step by step with us making it a relatively seemless experience.

The biggest benefit has been the experience we were able to provide to users. Easily getting logged in and having a one-stop shop for their analytics needs helped enhance our own brand.

**What do you dislike about ClearSquare?**

They are constantly making new enhancements which is great though these are not always communicated as effectively as possible.

**What problems is ClearSquare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are providing an environment for analytics products that our customers can access without making them full users in our internal instance. This allows us to increase customer experience while keeping security of data high.

**What do you like best about ClearSquare?**

What I like best about ClearSquare is how seamlessly they brought all of our company’s data together into one clear, easy-to-understand dashboard. Before working with them, we were constantly jumping between spreadsheets and disconnected reports — now, I can see the full picture of our business performance at a glance. Their team has a real gift for designing smart systems and processes that make complex data simple and actionable. On top of that, they’re incredibly responsive, professional, and genuinely invested in helping your business make better decisions through data.

**What do you dislike about ClearSquare?**

Honestly, there’s not much to dislike about ClearSquare. If I had to name one thing, it would be that their level of detail and thoroughness can make the onboarding process take a bit longer than expected—but in hindsight, that extra time was completely worth it. They were focused on getting everything right the first time, which ultimately saved us countless hours later on. Their commitment to quality and precision really shows in the end result.

I’d highly recommend ClearSquare to any business that wants to truly understand its data and make smarter, faster decisions. **What do you like best about ClearSquare?**

The platform is very easy to use and straightforward to provision permissions in. Embedding new dashboards and client access is simple, and the overall UX is intuitive for both admins and end users. Real-time data access is a major upside, and the flexibility it gives us in delivering external BI reporting has been extremely valuable.

**What do you dislike about ClearSquare?**

There aren’t many major downsides. Some advanced customization or configuration options could be more flexible, but overall the platform is stable, easy to manage, and does what we need it to do.

It’s well-suited for teams that want to provide clients with live access to BI data without adding operational complexity.

**What problems is ClearSquare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClearSquare has been instrumental in improving our external BI reporting. It allowed us to move away from static, scheduled reports and instead provide clients with a secure platform where they can log in and view real-time data on demand. This has reduced manual reporting overhead, improved data transparency, and given clients faster access to insights without needing constant updates from our team.

**What do you like best about ClearSquare?**

The platform makes embedding and managing external reports simple and reliable. It maintains the interactivity and visual design of Domo dashboards, which keeps the user experience consistent across users. We also appreciate the security features and how straight forward it is to roll out to a broad audience without sacrificing control over access.

**What do you dislike about ClearSquare?**

Some customization options for the embedded experience are limited, which can restrict flexibility in tailoring the reporting display to specific stakeholder needs such as the clear all domo function is not viewable in the embed view of the report, was fixable with a clear all button added to the page. However, these are minor compared to the overall value the platform provides,

None at this moment, you guys have been great and very responsive and supportive!

ClearSquare allows us to embed Domo reporting externally, which solves the challenge of securely sharing interactive dashboards with stakeholders outside of our internal environment. This has streamlined access to key insights, reduced manual reporting requests, and ensured that decision-makers always the most current data available.

They are aligned with our goals when it comes to an intro period to build the proof of concept and transparent sharing of investments in new features that we request.

We had a couple of missing features in the early stages for our use case. We're unique in that we wanted multi-client SSO configurations which are now being built and are a core requirement for our needs. Good news, is that this will be ready for future clients.

They work as a true partner and align with your success; not just trying to sell you their software or platform.

We partnered with ClearSquare for a whitelabel embedded dashboard solution. We wanted to build a dashboard as a service offering and they have it dialed in.

ClearSquare provides a seamless, white-label experience that makes it easy for us to deliver professional dashboards and reporting to our clients. The platform is reliable, secure, and simple to manage, which allows us to focus on the value we’re delivering instead of worrying about the backend. Their pricing model gives us predictable costs and scalability, which is especially helpful as our customer base grows.

**What do you dislike about ClearSquare?**

There’s a bit of a learning curve when first setting up integrations and customizing dashboards to match our exact needs. Once configured, everything runs smoothly, but the initial setup can take some trial and error.

**What problems is ClearSquare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClearSquare allows us to provide industrial clients with a secure and modern data platform without building everything in-house. We use it for telemetry data analytics, automated alerting, dashboards, and executive reporting. It has enabled us to deliver a polished, branded solution to our customers far faster than developing a custom system.

They are highly responsive and deliver a valuable service. Even when updates occasionally disrupt usage, they act quickly to resolve any issues and keep me informed with timely updates.

In the past, the only drawback was that I occasionally needed to initiate contact to determine whether a problem we were facing was due to our own systems or theirs.

If you need a partner to develop a marketable BI solution, especially if you are working with Domo, this team is the right choice to support you.

I really appreciate the external portal feature they've developed, which includes embedded analytics and customizable user permissions. This presents a significant opportunity to both expand reach and generate revenue from BI solutions.

ClearSquare collaborates closely with you to address your specific challenges, offering step-by-step guidance and instruction on querying, ETLs, and API connections. They offer tremendous opportunities for learning throughout the process.

The only downside to ClearSquare is that we don't have enough opportunities to work with them.

**What do you like best about ClearSquare?**

Got a chance to work closely with the ClearSquare team for a big Domo client where CS team was in charge of the Domo Everywhere development and they were super cool to work with. Expert at what they do, developed a portal to manage the Domo embedded dashboards easily yet effectively.

**What do you dislike about ClearSquare?**

There were minor glitches in the solutions at the beginning but the team was quick enough to fix them as per the client's needs.

We are able to white label our Analytics solutions and offer ways to customize the deployment without needing to hire web developers.  

Customer service is great, and they are willing to jump on calls when you have questions.

**What do you dislike about ClearSquare?**

There are so many features available that it will take a while for us to capitalize on all of them.

**What problems is ClearSquare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest benefit is our ability to white label and have a custom URL with our company name.
