Nothing I don’t like anything, I will use another provider

Everything limited capabilities, I will use another provider

**Recommendations to others considering ClearScale:**

I wouldn’t recommend if jimmy chan or Wendy wu are still employed with this service provider

**What problems is ClearScale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rude staff , Wendy woo and jimmy chan kept canceling appointments

**What do you like best about ClearScale?**

The cost seemed reasonable but turn out to be a get what you pay for scenario.

**What do you dislike about ClearScale?**

Expected to be able to get documentation of our current architecture along with an assessment and recommendations. Documentation was not well organized. They made no effort to understand where our business was going and how we might prepare our infrastructure. Overall, they were basically just a service desk with a ticket system. However, they were slow in that regard. tickets took a very long time to get to completion for seemingly simple tasks.

**Recommendations to others considering ClearScale:**

For the cost, hire internally.

**What problems is ClearScale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed technical architecture expertise, monitoring, assessment and recommendation for improvements.  Along with expertise in maintaining certain technologies that we didn't have skill sets for in house.

ClearScale helps companies grow their business,accelerate time to market,and innovate on the AWS cloud platform by offering professional and managed cloud services.

**What do you like best about ClearScale?**

-ClearScale helps in implementing DevOps best practices and leverage powerful AWS.
- ClearScale leverages deep technical expertise to prove innovative cloud solutions customised for each client.

**What do you dislike about ClearScale?**

Dislike- 
-The turnover rate is really high.
-Mainframe migration challenges with AWS and ClearScale.
- It falls short when it comes to finding issues in a single column.

**What problems is ClearScale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Looking to lower IT costs, improve efficiency, mitigate risk in the cloud.

Benefits I realised so far is that ClearScale leverages deep technical expertise to provide innovative cloud solutions customised for each client.
