What do you like best about Clarify CRM?

I love how easy it is to use. I use Clarify for the simple CRM stuff: Deal tracking, reminders, etc. But I also use it for customer success, support, meeting notes, prospecting, and much more.

My favorite part by far is its native AI functionality - especially the fact that I can control / connect it to any AI tool via MCP. This allows me to do deep analysis on my deals, pull out notifications, or update my CRM on the go with free text. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clarify CRM?

What do you like best about Clarify CRM?

I find Clarify CRM's ability to quickly record and capture developments in deals, even across teammates and multiple threads, incredibly useful. This functionality makes tracking both our sales and partnership pipelines very effective. The meeting recorder and the automated call summaries are features I appreciate. The Clarify team is constantly improving the product, which is cool to see. The meeting recordings and summaries make it easy to share accurately summarized call notes and follow-up tasks. We share those with prospects, customers, and partners often without edits. This capability has done away with a lot of manual data entry and deal updates. Setting up Clarify was easy. What do you dislike about Clarify CRM?

Several of us have found it challenging to adapt work habits from legacy CRMs like HubSpot and Salesforce to Clarify CRM. What do you like best about Clarify CRM?

I find Clarify CRM exceptionally easy to use, thanks to its intuitive interface which simplifies my daily tasks. The AI that operates in the background is extremely beneficial—it listens to my meetings and automatically updates my views, which is a fantastic feature. Additionally, I appreciate the card recording feature a lot as it further streamlines my workflow. The initial setup was surprisingly easy and efficient; it was wonderful to have my email addresses, emails, and calendar automatically configured, which meant I didn't have much setup to do. What do you dislike about Clarify CRM?

Additionally, I find the meeting recording and notes functionality built directly into the CRM to be incredibly helpful, enhancing our organization without needing separate tools for these tasks. The automatic updates are another highlight; they ensure our data pipeline remains clean and up-to-date, reducing the need for manual intervention. I think the analytics and reporting features in Clarify CRM are in their infancy. A little bit more customizability to be able to customize reporting would be helpful. What do you like best about Clarify CRM?

I absolutely love the voice recorder feature in Clarify CRM because it's the best I've seen compared to previous tools like Fireflies. This feature integrates seamlessly with our meetings, allowing us to provide immediate follow-ups through summaries and ask clarifying questions about discussed topics right in Clarify. This enhances our meeting efficiency and ensures we don't miss any important points. The simplicity of Clarify CRM is also outstanding; I can make quick edits without needing to hire an external system integration expert, which was a common issue with Salesforce. Our entire team finds it easy and enjoyable to work with Clarify daily, unlike the experience with Salesforce. The product's intuitive design empowers us to manage tasks and communication effortlessly, and I appreciate that Clarify CRM has embedded features for call recordings and task management, eliminating the need for additional tools like Fireflies and Asana. At the moment, the AI still requires some assistance. It frequently populates company details with incorrect information, which on its own might not be a major issue. What do you like best about Clarify CRM?

I hate CRM maintainence. It's a lot of work to keep contacts, companies, meetings, and notes up-to-date. The killer feature of Clarify is that it updates everything for you. I never worry about whether we remembered to track a deal anymore. I just search in Clarify when I'm ready, and every interaction (meeting recordings, emails, etc.) is magically there and linked up correctly. Setup was also a breeze. What do you dislike about Clarify CRM?

Not fully configurable and needs some minor UI polish. For example, I wanted to make sure all of my meeting recordings were automatically shared internally, but I couldn't find a setting for this in Clarify.
