Limit of user amount in a distribution groups - this forces us to create new distribution groups. Since we also rotate a lot of people we then remove them from the older groups which results in empty space and it's very clunky to try and change the group ids in our code all the time. I miss the possiblity to link documents to each other (create relations between documents) inside of ShareFile.

Another weakness is that approvals/comments on the work flow do not leave a visible trace in the document. If you want visible approvals, you have to create a separate signature cycle.
