Managing large and diverse groups of teachers has become much easier with email-based access, tokenized private links, and flexible domain/SSO options. The ability to create multiple fully separate streaming sites under the same account for new projects gives us flexibility to scale without building new infrastructure. Support has improved significantly and is now quick, helpful, and very communicative, which makes a big difference compared to other vendors. The AI features — including video summaries, chapters, and interactive Q&A — save time, make navigation of long educational content much easier, and open new possibilities for student and teacher engagement. **What do you dislike about Cincopa?** There are a few minor areas for improvement, like making onboarding for teachers even smoother and simplifying link customization. Back in October 2018 I upgraded the plan to Corporate. Now on their website when you compare plans The Corporate Plan includes Images - Unlimited (The maximum number of image files you can store on your account at a given time.) So when I received a bill for $885.68 for being over my image limit you can imagine I was not pleased. So I checked my account and indeed I am using Image: 9268/unlimited which to me is fine however they say it violates their fair usage policy which is 3000 images and to me that is not unlimited. Furthermore this is not stated anywhere on their website. Their system is excellent however their business ethics leave a lot to be desired. You will be held to ransom as you will have invested a lot of time on their system. Now they are charging me an additional $924 a year so that I can have up to 15,000 images yet it still states unlimited and that is on top of $1416 I would think twice about using this company as they cannot be trusted. **Recommendations to others considering Cincopa:** If you want a quick and easy system to display your photos then this ticks all the boxes. **What problems is Cincopa solving and how is that benefiting you?** Most clients want a photo gallery on their website and this Cincopa saves me about 2 hours each website as I no longer need to resize the photos. ### 20. Cincopa is very straightforward. I became hooked after trying out their free trial. They make it easy to integrate their galleries onto SqureSpace with minimal hassle. Any issues I encountered were promptly answered and fixed by customer support. Their support team was so helpful that I decided to buy a subscription and recommend them to my clients for future use. Once it is uploaded I cannot edit the image (crop to better fit the template space or change orientation). It would be a nice update to see if some basic edits could be made to uploaded images. And the other small thing is that it might be nice if the search engine for finding lovely templates on their websites, have some added filters - such as: fullwidth or not, image only or with text, mentions of different customizable options, video or not. As I was new to slider-implementing, I was quite overwhelmed by the range of amazing, available options. Cincopa opened up a world of new website-imaging possibilities for me! Very nice! **Recommendations to others considering Cincopa:** We would definitely recommend Cincopa to others, because it is so easy to use and makes a website look nice and professional. It is great you need so little know-how of website-building and get great imaging on your website. **What problems is Cincopa solving and how is that benefiting you?** We solved the following problem with Cincopa: we have a pretty outdated website-building back-end. It has an implemented, possibility of putting a slider on our website, but the problem with this slider is that it could not be translated or adjusted to our English page. And also it has very little finishing-touch options (such as adjusting the look of it). We put text in our sliders, as we display our monthly offers, so could not just stick to images only. So when our English-speaking customers would click on our translated website, they would still see a Dutch slider. This was so annoying! Cincopa really solved this problem for us. Because now we made two sliders with Cincopa, one English and one Dutch, and pasted the HTML onto our websitepages. When we adjust the sliders to our new offers every month via Cincopa, the sliders are updated automatically, because pasting the HTML only has to be done once. That is so nice and easy! The code editor offered great options on product and category pages, but no option on the content section. Nevertheless, we have a tremendous need for slideshow and video players on each group page to show pictures and live performances from their era. And, of course, there is all that music they generated (most of it we've collected) that need playing options. We are in the process of remodeling the complete site Before, we used Cincopa to display the media just for certain group additions or to call attention to special features. Now that the decision to remodel has been made, I sincerely believe Cincopa will make this a much easier task to reload our media, a pure delight to keep maintained and, with their template options, make the overall pages look much more inviting. ### 49.
