We’re really impressed with how Cincopa brings photo and video management into one enterprise platform for our school. The tagging system is incredible — it’s truly “life changing” for quickly finding images by year, subject, or event. We also love being able to add our logo to galleries, which makes albums feel branded and personal. Having both photos and videos in one place means we can store, share, and present content without juggling multiple platforms. External sharing works beautifully for newsletters and community updates, and we’re really happy with the flexibility and control Cincopa gives us. Navigation in large galleries can sometimes be tricky with the “load more” button, and a few usability improvements like easier bulk tagging or a simple archive per year would be nice.
