**What do you like best about Churned?**

The peopl of Churned are very helpful and find creative solutions to problems. Besides, the software and methods used for doing predictive analysis are from another level.

**What do you dislike about Churned?**

Nothing that I dislike. I'm always very happy with the service provided by them

**What problems is Churned solving and how is that benefiting you?**

extending customer lifetime value and lowering the churn rate by doing analysis and finding solutions in order to improve the customer lifetime value and churn rate

**What do you like best about Churned?**

Clear, simple dashboard allows for a better analysis of our own data and enabled us to define new actions points, adjust our mailing stategy.

**What do you dislike about Churned?**

Not sure what I should fill in here. It shouldn't be mandatorty to complete this section?

**What problems is Churned solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calculating the CLV as well as churn obviously and identifying the most valuable cohorts of users.
