**What do you like best about ChilliDB?**

It is user friendly , interface is good
It allows you to sav emails and attachemts as notes which can be easily followed up

**What do you dislike about ChilliDB?**

It is just a addition software which we need to maintain.
We can not try it for trail purpose

**What problems is ChilliDB solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps us to manage our communication up to date also it is allowing us to save mail quickly
We can easily categorize the emails
