Oh there&#39;s a mismatch worth flagging on this one. Platned&#39;s actual specialty is IFS solutions (IFS Cloud implementation, upgrades, managed services), not Infor M3, so for an M3 production scheduling and inventory project it looks like the wrong fit based on what they publicly do. Athentis Consulting is the more relevant of the two here, they focus on supply chain, manufacturing and maintenance with vertical depth in food and beverage, fashion and wholesale distribution, which lines up with advanced planning and inventory work. To be real though, neither has G2 reviews, so I can&#39;t compare them on actual client outcomes, and I&#39;d confirm directly that whoever you pick has genuine Infor M3 APS and inventory optimization experience, not just adjacent ERP work. Are you specifically on Infor M3, because that really narrows who&#39;s qualified?
