I'm constantly impressed by their ever-present customer support, always geared up to assist. I'm also really happy that they integrate to nearly everything you can dream up. Their proactive development approach, which sees updates tailored to our requirements, speaks volumes about their commitment to user satisfaction. They're also ahead of the curve, as seen with additions like the ChatGPT integration. As someone who uses the platform daily for everything from campaign insights to affiliate management, I appreciate its intuitive design, especially since I don't consider myself tech-savvy. I can't recommend CheckoutChamp enough. **What do you dislike about Checkout Champ?** Because it is so adaptable to whatever you want, you do need to either learn some tech skills (not tons of that really) or hire a developer. As an agency owner and performance marketing team, we demand the very best platform for our own offers and our clients. We've have extensive experience with every competitor ranging from GoHighLevel, Clickfunnels, Shopify, Limelight, etc. Nothing met or exceeded our expectations until Konnektive and CheckoutChamp. The page builder is best in class and load times are typically 1 second or less which you won't find elsewhere. Simply nothing compares to the robustness of the page builder, speed of implementation and data metrics of Konnektive's CRM. Customer service and dev team are exceptional and fast to implement our most complicated requests. We quickly increased revenue 25-35%+ by making the switch. The founder and CEO; Matt has always been immediately available and agreeable to any suggestions for improvements with lightning fast implementation. You won't find that with any other company in my experience. I don't think there's much more they can improve at this point. Konnektive and Checkout Champ are best in class. Don't think twice about it...make the switch. You'll increase sales, conversions and revenue. You have total creative freedom to build your business around profitable customer acquisition first, instead of trying to compete with bigger brands. **What do you dislike about Checkout Champ?** Checkout Champ is for people who've already used the popular mainstream ecommerce solutions and need more customization or advanced functionality. So there's a bit of a learning curve to use Checkout Champ - it's not for absolute beginners. That said, they do have excellent personalized support. **What problems is Checkout Champ solving and how is that benefiting you?** Checkout Champ helps store owners create customer acquisition funnels that build up buyer lists for remarketing on the back end. It has a faster and more powerful custom cart than the big platforms, and has post-purchase upsells built in, which are essential nowadays to get AOV up. Checkout Champ supports more payment processors and merchant accounts than anything else out there, and can be setup to send different types of payments through different processors depending on what makes more financial sense. There are hundreds of other features and integrations... It allows me to create and modify my checkout pages on the fly, so that I can easily split-test many variations and maximize average order value. Making money on the first sale is where I need to be, and Checkout Champ brings me there. The CRM is super flexible, where I can view a large variety of data that I can splice and dice, and then use to optimize anything from lifetime customer value, refund rates to average order value. Without it, I don't know how I would even be profitable.
