**What do you like best about Chatbot.team?**

I at last made Chatbot.team ready, I need to concede the chatbots themselves are practical. They handle fundamental client questions and collaborations well, letting loose me to zero in on different errands.

**What do you dislike about Chatbot.team?**

Setting up Chatbot.team was a genuine cerebral pain. The connection point appeared to be excessively intricate for what it is, and the documentation wasn't clear all of the time. It took me significantly longer than anticipated to get my first chatbot functional.

**What problems is Chatbot.team solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Chatbot.team has certainly assisted me with saving time via computerizing essential client connections. It's especially useful for taking care of regularly gotten clarification on pressing issues and guiding clients to the right assets.

**What do you like best about Chatbot.team?**

While using Chatbot.team, our customers were happy as this tool reduced our workload and overall it improved our customer support. It minimizes human efforts and works as an AI employee within your team to respond to customer queries. It was used for each query we received from any customer, and it worked great.

**What do you dislike about Chatbot.team?**

I found no issue or anything I dislike about Chatbot.team
It is quite easy to integrate and implement within your system.

Chatbot.team helped us in improving our customer supprot, answering customer queries if possible.
It reduced workload on our team and so we can focus on actual problem or queries that needed our attention.
I stopped using it as I switched the organisation.

The only drawback of the chatbot.team is that it doesn't help with in-depth or detailed queries but only general questions from customers.

**What do you like best about Chatbot.team?**

The best about Chatbot.team is, it increases the engagement rate of website visitors. The leads are pre-qualified by proper questions asked to the visitors. Chatbot.team is very easy to deploy, and integrating with all our website fields.

Need to give more choice options to the visitors for prospecting. Need to verify the entered contacts  through email OTP, mobile OTP.

I'm using Chatbot.team as a virtual Artificial Intelligence assistant to the people who visiting the websites for enquiry or sale order. Will collect the lead data like contact number, email id, and qualify the leads based on the engagement score.

Allowing me and my team to never have to worry about missing a customer interaction and allowing us to focus on what we're good at.

Pricing is always a concern for businesses. Pricing isn't out of control but would be great if it could come down a bit.

**What problems is Chatbot.team solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We'd struggle with call backs or customer "touches" when forms were submitted. This allowed an instant reply and typically gave customers value.

The software is easy to implement, perform integration with the website and start writing questions, We do not use it regulary, we keep checking it on a weekly to update the database of questions within it.

The only thing I dislike about it is, it lacks the ability to answer complex questions.
