**What do you like best about Chanty?**

I use Chanty for streamlining communication and keeping my team aligned, which is great for both casual day-to-day chats and structured project communication. I love how chat and task management are seamlessly connected, ensuring important action items don't get lost in conversation. The ability to instantly turn a message into a task and assign it to the right person without leaving the conversation helps with accountability and clarity. I appreciate the clean, intuitive interface, which makes it easy to adopt and helps keep communication clear, focused, and actionable. The initial setup of Chanty was very easy and straightforward, requiring little time or technical effort. It's great as a central communication hub. Chanty keeps communication and tasks well organized, helping teams stay focused without unnecessary complexity.

**What do you dislike about Chanty?**

Integrations are lacking; Chanty has fewer third-party integrations compared to larger platforms like Slack or Teams. The built-in task management lacks some advanced project management capabilities like dependency tracking. Customization is limited, and the search experience isn't optimal.

**What do you like best about Chanty?**

Chanty is one of the best feature in the market for getting in touch people so easily. This gives tools for instantly connecting sending texts , conducting audio and video call with mobile number.
You can use this software even with other third party tools, platforms or websites of marketing or CRM also. This software will help in tracking and managing tasks also for you.
Tasks can be created and sent via chat option from this software to your team.
Chatting or communicating with people in private or in groups becomes so simplified and easier with this software, it provides all the necessary features, and connectors that are required for business collaboration, project collaboration and all.
I really love the quick and instant document sharing feature of this software. It is so quick in transferring the larger sized files, also you can send one such file to multiple users at one time. Chanty is a time saving tool and cost effective also.

Me and my team never faced or encountered any type of problem in it till the date. All features in this are amazing and useful too.

**What problems is Chanty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Chanty is a frontline good and impressive application that keep us connected with our customers regular. This software has helped us to enhance and improve the customer relations. 
It allowed us to made project decisions easier and keeps all the details and data tracked and managed on it. The application is multi purpose software.

I like Chanty's simple and clean interface. It's easy to use, messages load fast, and features like task management and file sharing make team collaboration straightforward without feeling hard. I also like how easy it is to get started with Chanty. The setup is quick, notifications work well, and it runs smoothly without distractions, making daily team communication more efficient.

Some advanced features are limited compared to bigger tools and customization options could be improved. Occasionally it would be helpful to have more integrations with other apps.

**What do you like best about Chanty?**

Chanty offers the great possibility of transforming conversations into assignments and following–up on them without getting lost among messages, it's very easy to consult past references due to the unlimited access to chat history; I also find the fluidity of the connection, the quality of the audio video in both group and individual meetings, and the possibility of showing my screen to share collaborative documents very useful.

**What do you dislike about Chanty?**

I had doubts about its performance in virtual meetings with multiple people but I found no bugs that affect the user experience, I was surprised by the stability and efficiency of Chanty.

**What problems is Chanty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It offers a well–structured collaborative workspace, the fact of being able to send text messages, voice notes or initiate calls according to the need of each situation, Chanty facilitates the task of coordinating meetings with remote teams all within the same system.
