What do you like best about ChannelOnline?

Channel online empowers VARS to have a streamline of the sale cycle. It's quick and easy and I enjoy using it. I highly recommend it for anything looking for something like this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ChannelOnline?

-User Friendly.

-Professional-looking quotes.

-Integration with suppliers to send pricing and EDI feed.

-Excellent customer support Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChannelOnline?

-The reporting can improve especially Open order report

-May not suitable for a large enterprise with 200-300 users.

The system is easy to use and very intuitive. The support is very good as well. They are consistently updating their system with new features. The reporting however is not optimium. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ChannelOnline?

This software has a very accurate information. It very easy to use in creating and updating quotes in addition to adding new customers and editing new customers and contacts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Search speed maybe a bit slow. However, this can easily be solved by the strength of your internet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
