From the initial proposals submitted by Changi, it transpired immediately that they are a passionate team of experts which are very competent in the implementation processes related to the Salesforce Marketing, Service and Sales Clouds. After having accurate discovery sessions with the key business stakeholders, we were provided with very focused but detailed ROFs intended to deliver immediate value to the business once implemented. Based on our particular business exigencies and priorities, Changi performed with success the necessary configurations on the three platforms. Changi’s experts stood up by their Gold Salesforce partnership status by delivering high quality of service resulting in added value across all the key areas of the airline’s commercial division. We also appreciated their project management approach whereby being agility and flexibility where pivotal to successfully achieve the predetermined objectives.
