After having accurate discovery sessions with the key business stakeholders, we were provided with very focused but detailed ROFs intended to deliver immediate value to the business once implemented. Based on our particular business exigencies and priorities, Changi performed with success the necessary configurations on the three platforms. Changi’s experts stood up by their Gold Salesforce partnership status by delivering high quality of service resulting in added value across all the key areas of the airline’s commercial division. We also appreciated their project management approach whereby being agility and flexibility where pivotal to successfully achieve the predetermined objectives. **What do you like best about Changi Consulting?** Such a digital transformation brings several challenges out of which a change in culture is the most difficult to deal with. Same with any implementation we have faced may challenges and bottlenecks , with vast experience and good intel of the systems and process Changi team made it easy for us. **What do you like best about Changi Consulting?** Entire project was planned and managed according the industry standards, every week Changi made it mandatory to do a meeting to update everyone about project status and warn the team if there is any issue they foresee .
