What do you like best?

Challenger as an organization is extremely committed to working with their clients to help them meet their goals. Any time we begin a new project or start to work to implement a new challenger idea, they provide us with a variety of resources and consistent feedback to guide us through the process. In our 2+ years with Challenger, we have worked with a few different Challenger analysts and consultants and each one has been an extremely valuable resource to our organization. What do you dislike?

I cannot think of many downsides to working with Challenger. Most of our interactions lead to value. Any cases where I had a question they did not have an answer to, they either begun researching our question or they helped us come up with a solution for the request. What problems are you solving with the provider? What benefits have you realized?

Challenger has changed the way I have to approach content writing. We used to heavily discuss features and benefits but with challenger our focus shifts off of us and shifts to the client. What are their biggest challenges? What assumptions are guiding their decisions? Why do they use their current approach and what is a better way forward? etc. It works really well in our industry. Our solutions typically do not solve what the hospital considers to be the biggest or most noticeable issues so if we cannot effectively build up the pain around these issues, as challenger teaches, it is difficult to convince a hospital to make a decision to change.
