Challenger as an organization is extremely committed to working with their clients to help them meet their goals. Any time we begin a new project or start to work to implement a new challenger idea, they provide us with a variety of resources and consistent feedback to guide us through the process. In our 2+ years with Challenger, we have worked with a few different Challenger analysts and consultants and each one has been an extremely valuable resource to our organization. I cannot think of many downsides to working with Challenger. Most of our interactions lead to value.
