What do you dislike about CasePacer? Does not cover all state court jurisdictions and at times some pleadings are unavailable. Recommendations to others considering CasePacer: This is a good tool for law firms and even corporations who are actively involved in civil litigation matters. Solves the problem of having to wait for service of a pleading. It also allows you to alert an existing client to a new filing before they are served with process.
