Real time access to court filings in state and federal court. Ability to see what has been filed in a civil matter as it has been filed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CasePacer?

Does not cover all state court jurisdictions and at times some pleadings are unavailable. May not be the software's problem as some courts are not able to upload documents immediately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is a good tool for law firms and even corporations who are actively involved in civil litigation matters. It allows you to actively monitor developments in litigation matters from your desktop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CasePacer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Solves the problem of having to wait for service of a pleading. It also allows you to alert an existing client to a new filing before they are served with process. The benefit is being to be able to be a step ahead in litigation planning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
