**What do you like best about CasePacer?**

The file storage. The files are easily accessible. The document preview makes document reviews much faster.

**What do you dislike about CasePacer?**

That all files are accessible by all employees.

Properly organizing case files for storage.

**What do you like best about CasePacer?**

Real time access to court filings in state and federal court.  Ability to see what has been filed in a civil matter as it has been filed.  

**What do you dislike about CasePacer?**

Does not cover all state court jurisdictions and at times some pleadings are unavailable.  May not be the software's problem as some courts are not able to upload documents immediately.

**Recommendations to others considering CasePacer:**

This is a good tool for law firms and even corporations who are actively involved in civil litigation matters.  It allows you to actively monitor developments in litigation matters from your desktop.  

**What problems is CasePacer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solves the problem of having to wait for service of a pleading.  It also allows you to alert an existing client to a new filing before they are served with process.  The benefit is being to be able to be a step ahead in litigation  planning.
