What do you like best about Caroo?

Caroo is the best option I have found for quickly sending digital gift cards to a larger group, and it is great that the receipient can choose an option that works best for them. What do you dislike about Caroo?

What do you like best about Caroo?

The team at Caroo has been completly helpful. Our wellness committee was introduced by are Insurance broker and once we had things rolling, it just got better and better. They are quick to answer questions and helped us launch a 1000+ person company initation for receiptant choice gifts on a short time line. Uploading our staff information was so easy. What do you dislike about Caroo?

As you pre-pay for all your employees, it makes things very easy. But, we have many staff that have chosen not to redeem (not unusuall for our staff). We would love to recive those pre-payments in a future credit so we can select gifts for other occaions.

What do you like best about Caroo?

I have a remote team and finding impactful gifts to show my graitute for their hard work is important to me. Letting people making their own selctions really caters to my teams individual personalities. What do you like best about Caroo?

Love the ease and convenience of the Snack Subscriptions. Since returning to the office from lockdown, we have been providing snacks to our employees. The subscription process is easy - so far, we have had a good selection in line with what we were already providing. We like the email prompts reminding us of upcoming orders, customization option, and delivery to the office. Also, another reason our company chose the subscription is the 'initiative' to provide 10 meals to Feeding America for every box purchased. This ties into our Culture and we appreciate that platform! What do you dislike about Caroo?

Honestly, a bit more expensive than buying bulk snacks (ie, Sam's Club or Amazon), but very convenient. We have found a happy medium in still supplementing some of our snacks through the 'bulk' method --- and after a couple times, refined our subscription frequency to a comfortable level. What do you like best about Caroo?

What I like best about Caroo is its platform to share love, appreciation, and care for friends and colleagues with healthcare items and healthy snacks. I enjoyed picking unique items to surprise my friends and family with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Caroo?

The downside is not being able to see the complete list of items that Caroo carries. This will be the 2nd time getting a Caroo box, and things were different from my first choices. What do you like best about Caroo?

Caroo makes it super easy to quickly send gifts to employees that are all over the United States, you only need to enter their name and email address, Caroo takes care of the rest. I had one issue with an order and Caroo was quick to respond and took care of it that same day. We love the Caroo snack box with swaps - it allows each person to ensure they get something they will look forward to and enjoy! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Caroo offers a great variety of products but sometimes I do wish there was more variety or maybe something that is a bit more unique. However, I don't know what exactly I would recommend they add since they already have so many products available! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The products I've purchased have been consistently far better than anticipated - exceptional really! Each box has been beyond perfect - the packaging is amazing and makes recipients feel so special as it is lovely, with a beautiful card and the gifts are so well wrapped. Administratively it is difficult. I still cannot find the status of several orders I placed. I've logged into my account, and the screen I used previously I can no longer find. I may not be the most proficient computer-user, but I'm certainly not dumb; I often think "it shouldn't be this difficult" to find whatever it is I'm trying to do. I'm not sure why this is the case. What do you like best about Caroo?

Organizing group gifts at the end of the year was becoming logistically difficult, particularly with aggregating addresses and finding a universal gift that would fit everyone's preferences. Caroo fills this void in corporate giving, as it completely simplified the logistics (requires recipients to input address) and allows them to choose their own gift.The platform to select and manage orders is extremely user friendly and a great asset. What do you dislike about Caroo?

Some of the products for the $ amount don't seem to be a great value, but I understand there needs to be a bit of a mark-up to operate. Also selection could have maybe been a bit more? Overall, everyone was happy with their choices however. When a few email links didn't work, customer service was super responsive in remedying the issue -- I believe I had same-day or next business day response. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
