**What do you like best about Caroo?**

Caroo is the best option I have found for quickly sending digital gift cards to a larger group, and it is great that the receipient can choose an option that works best for them. The customer support was also helpful when I needed to check the status of an order.

**What do you dislike about Caroo?**

In the past I have not found the receipient choice / scheduled gifts feature very strong / the user experience was annoying and ended up using a different service for this.

**What do you like best about Caroo?**

The team at Caroo has been completly helpful.  Our wellness committee was introduced by are Insurance broker and once we had things rolling, it just got better and better.  They are quick to answer questions and helped us launch a 1000+ person company initation for receiptant choice gifts on a short time line.  Uploading our staff information was so easy.  And being able to see who has or has not yet ordered is fantastic!

**What do you dislike about Caroo?**

As you pre-pay for all your employees, it makes things very easy.  But, we have many staff that have chosen not to redeem (not unusuall for our staff).  We would love to recive those pre-payments in a future credit so we can select gifts for other occaions.
Also, we'd love to see more 'guy' orianted gifts.

**What problems is Caroo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our staff of 1000+ work in over 100 locations through out the state.  Meaningful gift giving is very diffuclt from chosing and distribution.  The fact that Caroo contacts each of our staff, lets them choose a quality gift of choice AND handles personlized shipping, it has been amazing for us.

**What do you like best about Caroo?**

I have a remote team and finding impactful gifts to show my graitute for their hard work is important to me. Letting people making their own selctions really caters to my teams individual personalities. I have experienced nothing but quality customer service, easy ordering process, regardless of where we are shipping to.

**What do you dislike about Caroo?**

There are some hiccups with international shipping but always receive support that corrects any issues right away.

**What problems is Caroo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Caroo is solving the staff recognition stereo typical gift giving structure. It allows us to move beyond the "pizza party" kind of staff event.

**What do you like best about Caroo?**

Love the ease and convenience of the Snack Subscriptions.  Since returning to the office from lockdown, we have been providing snacks to our employees.  The subscription process is easy - so far, we have had a good selection in line with what we were already providing.  We like the email prompts reminding us of upcoming orders, customization option, and delivery to the office.  Also, another reason our company chose the subscription is the 'initiative' to provide 10 meals to Feeding America for every box purchased.  This ties into our Culture and we appreciate that platform!

**What do you dislike about Caroo?**

Honestly, a bit more expensive than buying bulk snacks (ie, Sam's Club or Amazon), but very convenient.  We have found a happy medium in still supplementing some of our snacks through the 'bulk' method --- and after a couple times, refined our subscription frequency to a comfortable level.  The few times we have had to reach out to customer service - reps were extremely prompt and reactive to assist us.

**What problems is Caroo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are providing snacks to our in-office employees, and the snack subscription box has made our need to visit the big box Club less frequent.  Very convenient to have the boxes delivered and a regular schedule of snack deliveries.

**What do you like best about Caroo?**

What I like best about Caroo is its platform to share love, appreciation, and care for friends and colleagues with healthcare items and healthy snacks. I enjoyed picking unique items to surprise my friends and family with.

**What do you dislike about Caroo?**

The downside is not being able to see the complete list of items that Caroo carries. This will be the 2nd time getting a Caroo box, and things were different from my first choices. I would have liked some from the last selection with some from the second choice, and I didn't have that option to do so.

**What problems is Caroo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making sure that we're indeed receiving the 15 items Caroo offers. I had to let management know I only received some of the items of my choice when the package was delivered.

**What do you like best about Caroo?**

Caroo makes it super easy to quickly send gifts to employees that are all over the United States, you only need to enter their name and email address, Caroo takes care of the rest. I had one issue with an order and Caroo was quick to respond and took care of it that same day. We love the Caroo snack box with swaps - it allows each person to ensure they get something they will look forward to and enjoy!

**What do you dislike about Caroo?**

Caroo offers a great variety of products but sometimes I do wish there was more variety or maybe something that is a bit more unique. However, I don't know what exactly I would recommend they add since they already have so many products available!

**What problems is Caroo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Now that almost everyone is working remote, it takes a lot more time to buy and ship gifts to each person and the logistics are harder to figure out. Caroo handles all of that for me so I just need to select a gift, enter an email address and it's done.

**What do you like best about Caroo?**

The products I've purchased have been consistently far better than anticipated - exceptional really! Each box has been beyond perfect - the packaging is amazing and makes recipients feel so special as it is lovely, with a beautiful card and the gifts are so well wrapped. The food has been absolutely delicious. LOVE the products I've been able to gift to others!

**What do you dislike about Caroo?**

Administratively it is difficult. I still cannot find the status of several orders I placed. I've logged into my account, and the screen I used previously I can no longer find. I may not be the most proficient computer-user, but I'm certainly not dumb; I often think "it shouldn't be this difficult" to find whatever it is I'm trying to do. I'm not sure why this is the case. On the bright side, the reps from Caroo are always available to help.

Caroo is helping to bring our department together; it gives us something to share with one another, to laugh about, to try together, and to enjoy. It's a morale-booster for sure!

**What do you like best about Caroo?**

Organizing group gifts at the end of the year was becoming logistically difficult, particularly with aggregating addresses and finding a universal gift that would fit everyone's preferences. Caroo fills this void in corporate giving, as it completely simplified the logistics (requires recipients to input address) and allows them to choose their own gift.The platform to select and manage orders is extremely user friendly and a great asset.

**What do you dislike about Caroo?**

Some of the products for the $ amount don't seem to be a great value, but I understand there needs to be a bit of a mark-up to operate. Also selection could have maybe been a bit more? Overall, everyone was happy with their choices however. When a few email links didn't work, customer service was super responsive in remedying the issue -- I believe I had same-day or next business day response.

**What problems is Caroo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was difficult to manage larger scale gifting logistically (getting employee addresses, tracking, etc). Also, Caroo solved for the issue of not getting everyone a gift they liked, since they can choose their own. I was surprised at how little was out there in the market to fit different interests, gender, etc.

Caroo provides great options for any gifting occasion/recipient. I've only used them for employees, however, I'd absolutely think of sending a friend a gift as well. Easy to use, wonderful options to pick from, they email you with all the updates so you're not left wondering.

Not a dislike, but they could benefit from a website/interface refresh! Make it a bit more exciting.

We are a remote company so making things feel personal can be a challenge. Sending gifts that feel curated really do help mend that!

It's a straightforward platform. Very minimal work on our part and allowed us to easily track and resend gifts to clients who did not immediately claim. We also sent our gifts very last minute this year which was no trouble at all.

We honestly did not have issues, but if I had to pick something - it would be nice to have more selection options for the gifts.

**What do you like best about Caroo?**

The idea of Caroo is great:  provide a simple way to allow employees and clients to select thank you gifts of their choice.  Send them an email through Caroo, let them choose something that appeals to them personally, and let Caroo deal with logistics.

**What do you dislike about Caroo?**

My experience with Caroo as a recipient of a gift has been awful from start to finish.  First, every time I tried the link from Caroo to able to select a gift, the website would time out.  It took several emails and several days messaging with Caroo customer support for them to provide a link that worked.  Next, I did not receive an email confirmation of the order.  Zero communication after placing the order -- at all.  No, "we're on it, here's what happens next" email, no "thank you, we got it" -- nothing.  Next, after every indication on the website was that the order would be delivered by Christmas, it was not.  I logged into my Caroo account and once again ran into a website issue.  This time, the page that should show my order timed out repeatedly.  So again, this meant emailing with Caroo customer support to ask about the order and the delivery ETA.  Once again, it took several emails and several days for them to reply and say "we don't know/we don't have an ETA".

As annoying as this is the recipient of a Caroo gift, I would be especially annoyed if I was using the service to send gifts to clients and this was the experience I put them through.

I was hoping that this would be an exceptional way to provide clients with personalized thank you gifts with a minimum of fuss and time commitment from our staff.

**What do you like best about Caroo?**

I was looking for a way to express thanks to a colleague for help on a personal project.  I wasn't interested in an extended subscription model or getting my company to sign up since that is difficult in a large organization.  Signing up and sending an individual and personal thank you was simple.  I heard from the person that I sent the gift to that he liked it very much.  I'll definitely use it again when I have a special thank you to send.

I didn't experience any downside to Caroo with my initial order.

I was looking for a convenient way to send a thank you to a professional colleague who had gone above and beyond.

We implemented Caroo for employee engagement initiatives, and it was so easy to implement.  Last year we did a snack box for Black History Month and it came with so many yummy snacks; our employees loved it! This year we had employees choose their gift and it was also a hit.

The cost for some of the boxes can be a bit steep for a small company.

We have used Caroo for employee engagement initiatives and DEI initiatives. It saves me time as an HR Director to provide employee gifts as we scale.

Caroo is always easy to contact, quick to reply to emails, and always a joy to work with! Every time I've used Caroo my team has been ecstatic to receive their packages and loves that it also supports a good cause!

Honestly, I haven't run into anything that I dislike with this company.

I really appreciated the variety of options that employees were able to choose from, and that they could log in and confirm their shipping details and gift options on their own.

I wish it were possible to see exactly what products are in stock before signing up, but I understand that inventory varies.

**What do you like best about Caroo?**

I enjoyed the monthly snack boxes we received from Caroo during the height of the Pandemic.  The choices were great, boxes were bountiful, but that all changed in late 2021, so we decided to stop using their services in February.

**What do you dislike about Caroo?**

Snack/box choices became quite limited, with a heavy push on only health-conscious items, eliminating many of our staff's favourites.  The price went up as well.

**What problems is Caroo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had been provided company lunches while inoffice, when we all switched to work from home, this was a nice little treat to get us through the month.  Then the options were reduced and there was a significant increase in cost.

I appreciated the customer service and personalization I was given. Overall very reasonable prices considering we had to ship internationally

It was somewhat time consuming to place the order. Being able to select options digitally would be prefered, especially for smaller orders.
