**What do you like best about Cardina?**

The best thing I like about Cohere is its calling feature itself. It helps me contact the visitor to my website and connect with them. I am not mentioning the quality of the lead, but this is an excellent feature

**What do you dislike about Cardina?**

One of the major cons of cohere is that it doesn't allow me to give a heads-up to the person on my website; yeah, I mean the visitor. It will be really great if there is such an option available

**What problems is Cardina solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The solution that cohere provides me is what I mentioned in the con of the product. It is the reach-out feature it offers to me. I can now simple call the visitor when the visitor lands on my website

**What do you like best about Cardina?**

We primarily use Cohere for smart and secure screen sharing options which is not their main area of expertise. They also offer other AI solutions which we have explored with them to help generate KB content and analyze our support tickets.

**What do you dislike about Cardina?**

Honestly, the biggest frustration is the disorganization internally. We had to follow up and ask for pricing several times and it's super expensive compared to other solutions out there.

**What problems is Cardina solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have an offshore team that has limited access to our systems. Cohere allows them to securely share screens with customers while blocking out areas we don't want them to see, like banking information.

**What do you like best about Cardina?**

Cohere helps us serve our customers efficiently, no matter how many items we offer, ensuring they give them a unique experience and track their orders at every stage. I enjoy how Cohere's automation allows us to produce tickets and deliver them to the appropriate customer assistance departments. I particularly like that Cohere can be modified to receive calls, emails, SMS messages, and social media. The autoresponder can answer and direct customers and provide a ticket reference number for follow-up. In addition, Cohere gives us a complete list of customer inquiries, their times, statuses, and response time.

**What do you dislike about Cardina?**

Despite its outstanding services, Cohere needs more improvements and automation of functions so that we can better control the service bot so that it can provide more services to customers to save time. So the alerts system can send alerts based on the priority or importance of the request.

**What problems is Cardina solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cohere also helps us improve our answering services by identifying their weaknesses. For example, the dashboard provides each team member with enough information to answer tickets, talk to colleagues, and ask customers questions.

I like the text summarisation feature the most as I can get what I want quickly and my productivity has improved dramatically.

**What do you dislike about Cardina?**

The text classification is not the best, as the model sometimes fails, and the results aren't correct.

**What do you like best about Cardina?**

Cohere is extremely useful for us as we share screens with customers consistently to get them onboarded with our product, Instead of setting up a zoom or texting. Being able to see how our users are using the app was really useful and help them more seamlessly.

**What do you dislike about Cardina?**

we didn't have any major issues with them, but the free version of the software can have fewer restrictions. Overall great experience!

**What problems is Cardina solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Very easy to use and set up, UI is intuitive. We use Cohere every day mostly and share screens with customers to get them a better understanding of our product. It helps us provide customer support seamlessly.

The well trained bot which can answers most of the FAQs and bot can be deployed at multiple channels. Along with bot there is a feature to route query to live agents.

The Agent UI and UX can be better and there can be a repository on self help about the dashboard

We are solving our day to day support and tech issues that our customers faces. Using the inbuilt analytics dashboard to further work and improve in how we can better our customer support

Cohere is very compatible with many programs that big entities already use. This helps to save time and money on the existing uc stack companies work with to connect.

Is not compatible with one of the biggest, Microsoft Teams.

The upsides of Cohere are in the platform! They design it to accompany the needs of developers and we love the playground feature!

**What do you like best about Cardina?**

The most practicel use case for Cohere is for customer service requests. Our customer service team can instantly jump into a screenshare, start a call and even use the product in real time with our customers. Our customers love it!

**What do you dislike about Cardina?**

There really isn't much of a downside to Cohere when compared to other products. If I have to give them feedback it would be around having a development or staging environment or an easy way to have multiple environments. Also an integration into having search for events would be great too!

**Recommendations to others considering Cardina:**

If you really care about your Customer service experience, interested in learning more about how users use your product and lightning speed, this is your product of choice.

**What problems is Cardina solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have solved SO MANY problems with Customer Service, Product Research and more. The best feature for customer service is that we don't need to set-up zoom calls with our customers or have to explain to them over a phone call how to solve product issues. We also use Cohere for product research because of the sessions we have for our product team and engineers!

**What do you like best about Cardina?**

We use Cohere in every new customer onboarding, training, and support call. 

For onboardings: I don't know how we'd function without it. It's night and day vs. zoom screenshare, it's 10x easier to show customers how our product works, and it requires no setup on their end to get started.

For support: Session replay makes it much easier to see what issue the client is running into, so we resolve tickets much faster. Also, we'll frequently hop into quick calls to explain things that might be confusing to explain over text, and it's much lower friction than scheduling a call.

**What do you dislike about Cardina?**

It's so hard to find flaws with Cohere that any complaints feel like nitpicking, but sometimes the session replays load a bit slowly.

**What problems is Cardina solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Cohere in every onboarding and training call and for many of our support requests.

It significantly improves our customers' experience of learning how our product works, which improves usage and reduces churn.

Cohere is an awesome tool that can be super productive in terms of increasing revenues and the productivity of an organization to achieve its goals and challenges.

**What do you dislike about Cardina?**

Coherence sometimes drives an argument to an illogical debate that ends nowhere, wasting a lot of time and the conclusion comes nowhere which decreases productivity.

Cohere is making life more manageable than before as the languages were very complex to understand and the functionality of the same was never understood in a real way.

**What do you like best about Cardina?**

It's worth every penny. My support team will not allow me to cancel our subscription as they love it so much. We are able to help customers much more effectively than just via phone call. Highly recommend.

**What do you dislike about Cardina?**

I wish they did more -- such as heatmapping and other analytics. Additionally, show me which of my users spend the most time on my app. You already have this data -- just visualize and unleash it. Thanks!

We're able to help our users fix issues on their portals and also find errors in our software application. We'd be blind to how our users interact with our application without Cohere.
