What do you like best about Cardina?

The best thing I like about Cohere is its calling feature itself. It helps me contact the visitor to my website and connect with them. I am not mentioning the quality of the lead, but this is an excellent feature Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cardina?

One of the major cons of cohere is that it doesn't allow me to give a heads-up to the person on my website; yeah, I mean the visitor. It will be really great if there is such an option available Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cardina?

We primarily use Cohere for smart and secure screen sharing options which is not their main area of expertise. They also offer other AI solutions which we have explored with them to help generate KB content and analyze our support tickets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cardina?

Honestly, the biggest frustration is the disorganization internally. We had to follow up and ask for pricing several times and it's super expensive compared to other solutions out there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cardina?

Cohere helps us serve our customers efficiently, no matter how many items we offer, ensuring they give them a unique experience and track their orders at every stage. I enjoy how Cohere's automation allows us to produce tickets and deliver them to the appropriate customer assistance departments. I particularly like that Cohere can be modified to receive calls, emails, SMS messages, and social media. The autoresponder can answer and direct customers and provide a ticket reference number for follow-up. In addition, Cohere gives us a complete list of customer inquiries, their times, statuses, and response time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cardina?

Despite its outstanding services, Cohere needs more improvements and automation of functions so that we can better control the service bot so that it can provide more services to customers to save time. What do you like best about Cardina?

Cohere is extremely useful for us as we share screens with customers consistently to get them onboarded with our product, Instead of setting up a zoom or texting.
