We primarily use Cohere for smart and secure screen sharing options which is not their main area of expertise. Cohere helps us serve our customers efficiently, no matter how many items we offer, ensuring they give them a unique experience and track their orders at every stage. I enjoy how Cohere's automation allows us to produce tickets and deliver them to the appropriate customer assistance departments. I particularly like that Cohere can be modified to receive calls, emails, SMS messages, and social media. The autoresponder can answer and direct customers and provide a ticket reference number for follow-up.
