What do you like best about Captivate?

It's easy to use and very user-friendly. The most easiest MS teams live chat tool for any business big or small, you can integrate multiple live chat programs like slack, messenger and whatsapp easily. What do you dislike about Captivate?

Sometimes it takes a few seconds to load up the previous message, but I think the dev team is working on it just a minor bug I think. Hopefully they can fix it as soon as possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Captivate?

We use the Hub to chat to candidates in WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger from MS Teams within the business. Our IT department has a compliance under control and our recruiters are more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am an avid Microsoft Teams user and Captive hub works best with Teams. This was one of the most important things for me. Also it has made communication super convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
