I appreciate how the platform's configuration allows us to include relevant products, links, and workflows based on each client's requirements, which is important since each of our client relationships has nuanced differences. The ability to integrate with a number of our products and third parties securely is great because it provides one source of truth, allowing all parties to reference the same status and latest trackers, helping us move away from emails and flat files. The initial setup of Capcade was very easy, and the team is always available to help with onboarding and support bespoke client requests. **What do you dislike about Capcade?** There are options to integrate with the system but we have not fully integrated data which would bring more value to the platform and is not necessarily a limitation of Capcade but of our current use today. **What problems is Capcade solving and how is that benefiting you?** Capcade provides a dataroom solution for connecting with clients in a single environment for collaboration. It's highly customizable and no-code, allowing us to tailor to each client's needs. We integrate third parties to have one secure source of truth, moving away from emails and flat files. ### 2.
