**What do you like best about Canva?**

I use Canva for creating YouTube thumbnails, and I appreciate the wide range of options available for my thumbnail creation ideas. I find it very convenient to use the drag-and-drop feature with various tools. The pro version, which I use, is particularly helpful as it is packed with AI search capabilities. I can provide a prompt about the layout I am interested in, and Canva suggests options based on that, allowing me to tweak layouts according to my needs. Setting up Canva was pretty easy, which was a relief.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

It doesn't work well with image editing, and that can be improved. I was trying to create an overlay on images, but it was not successful. I had to create my image in Photoshop and then import it into Canva for the rest of the stuff. I wanted to merge two images with a merging effect and not just stack them on each other.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Canva's drag and drop feature and layouts for YouTube thumbnails, making it easy to implement my ideas. The Pro version's AI search helps by suggesting layouts based on prompts, which I can tweak to my needs.

I reach for it often because the free options outshine basic PowerPoint features, especially with endless templates that make everything look polished and eye-catching. The UX is very user-friendly, and it’s also free to use up to a certain extent. The plugins are helpful in many scenarios, and the AI background remover helps a lot as well. Client onboarding is easy, with simple project sharing, and overall the performance feels very beginner-friendly.

The least helpful thing about Canva is that basic features, like resizing, are locked behind a paid plan.

Canva is eliminating the gap of “this is something only a graphic designer can do” in day-to-day life. I definitely like the user interface of Canva. It has a pretty clear-cut design that's easy for any beginner to understand. The drag and drop features along with the integrated library of images are really helpful. I also appreciate the ease of exporting designs as a PDF, video, text, or image format. The initial setup was easy and the instructions were self-explanatory, thanks to the simple UI. Plus, the Google sign on is really convenient.

I think one would be the pricing. Maybe getting down the pricing a little considering how many people are using it. I think it would expand it to a lot more people than what Canva is at currently.

I like pretty much everything about it because it has more features than any other app and helps you do pretty much anything. Canva is all-in-one, with amazing features, making it a one-stop shop. I really appreciate that you can connect ChatGPT and other apps, which makes it seamless and saves a lot of time.

Sometimes I think they should make it a little easier. When making your own outlines or documents like to be able to label them a little bit easier and make pages sometimes it just doesn't let me order them correctly.

I love that Canva is a easy to navigate platform You do not need a design background to feel supported in your design. We have also been able to intergrate our branding, templates and image library which makes for a consist designing platform.

i did find it difficult (before buying Canva pro) to get the look and feel I was after without paying for pro products. That said, you could easily create without a subscription.

it is a fast and easy platform that allows for fast editing of images and video that is always reliable. It makes space when our design team isn't able to complete many of our jobs.

I like that Canva has so many pre-made templates. So anything that I type in, I will find a similar template for it. Other than that, they also have the company colors feature, wherein if I upload my company's logo, any template that I choose can be customized to match my company's logos and style.

Sometimes it is difficult to move around objects, especially the smaller ones. There's no way for me to get them at a specific angle like one eighty three six by typing it. I have to rotate it, which takes time, although I eventually get there.

what i like most about the Canva is  how easy and fast it is to create clean visuals without being a designer. as a developer, i don't  want to spend too much time on design, and Canva helps me quickly put together presentations, diagrams, and simple graphics. The read-made templates, icons, and layouts save a lot of time, especially when i need something presentable on short notice.

sometime free version feels a bit limited with many good templates and  elements locked behind the paid plan. For more detailed or technical designs, Canva can also feel restrictive compared to advanced design tools. When working on the large files, it may feel slightly slow in the browser.

Canva solves the problem of creating quick, decent-looking visuals without depending on a designer. **What do you like best about Canva?**

One of the main things that initially drew me to Canva was the wide range of template designs it offers. I can search for the specific item I want to create, and Canva gives me a multitude of options that I can then customize to fit my needs.

You can create posters, business cards, logos, and plenty of other creative elements in minutes without having to start from scratch, which is a huge time-saver.

When collaborating on a project with multiple team members, Canva is not only extremely affordable, but it also makes it easy to leave comments for specific people by tagging them. That way, you can quickly notify someone about an issue both through email and through Canva’s in-app notification system.

If you frequently work with contracted designers, Canva’s Brand Kit can really cut down on the back-and-forth of sharing assets. By setting up brand guardrails and using template locking, I feel confident that freelancers will stay 100% on-brand without me having to micromanage every font choice.

We use Google Drive, so being able to pull in high-res assets or export finished designs directly into specific folders is a great integration.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

Because you’re working from pre-designed templates, there’s an aspect of Canva that can make your work feel a bit less original or somewhat cookie-cutter. If you need to produce a large volume of content, that same template-driven approach can be a real advantage. However, in terms of overall quality, the final result doesn’t always look as polished as what some other applications can produce.

Another drawback is Canva’s performance when you’re working with large files. The browser version can become sluggish or even require a refresh, which not only interrupts your creative flow but also slows down the process overall.

If you’re a company handling high-volume video production, the Bulk Create and Magic Switch features are absolute game-changers, letting you turn one master asset into dozens of platform-specific clips in minutes.

The Brand Kit is another standout. It adds the right guardrails when working with contracted workers, so every font and color stays 100% on-brand without constant oversight.

On top of that, the learning curve is incredibly low, which means we can onboard a new team member extremely quickly. Unlike other professional design suites that can take months to master, Canva allows us to get people up to speed fast and start producing high-quality, on-brand videos right away.

As a software engineer, I'm accustomed to tools with steep learning curves, but Canva is the exact opposite—I find myself using it almost every day for various needs. On a personal note, I use Canva for everything related to my dad's business, from business cards to the large billboards you see on the road. Getting started was practically instant since there’s nothing to install, which I find very convenient. I like Canva bcoz it is easy for users to use like it is user friendly and saves time. I'm from technical background, even though I am not having any designing knowledge but with the help of canva I can design or create poster, ppt, proposals, solution documents, resumes and posts also it became easier because it has ready to use templets, fonts, icons, images and now they have added AI also. The drag and drop and upload feature make editing faster than other editing apps. Now I need to design solution document in my current role, so I Frequently use Canva. Overall, Canva gives makes things available to use so, it's useful for beginners as well as professionals.

Honestly, one thing I dislike is that many good features and elements are available only for paid version. Also, every time internet connection is required, which can be a problem when the network is slow.

I use Canva for 95% of my images, creating them for clients, myself, work, and for fun. It's fast, easy, and the learning curve is complete, plus it's a lot less complicated than Adobe. I love that Canva now has improved organizational capabilities, allowing me to organize client projects better. This feature saves me time when I need to find something specific I've created in the past for a client or myself.

The AI ability isn't that great yet, and the 3rd party apps do not work well for me. I've been asked to beta test features, but the beta features never work for me. Support for these special 'groups' is not that great either. I never get support when I submit the issues I have. Best to stick with what works.

I use Canva for photo editing and find it has many benefits. I can simply add most of the graphics from it, and there are lots of font styles and editing tools, which is very good for me. I like already edited image preferences the most because it gives me more ideas for my images every time. The font tool is especially valuable to me because text plays a main role in most images, and it's the one thing that can make a picture good or bad.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

I recently got a problem when editing my daily planner timetable sheet. When I overlay more than 2 images they start glitching and stop being visible. I think they can add more stickers or graphics so I can edit better images without relying on other stickers to download from different sources. Sometimes I need new meme stickers, and other than this, some cute and adorable stickers would be good to add.

Canva offers a lot of font styles and editing tools, making it easy to add graphics and edit photos, but sometimes glitches occur with overlapping images.

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I love that Canva is free and you are able to use your creative mind to make anything you want. You are also able to use Canva from the comfort of your home or whenever you are the go from the app or website. For work, I appreciate the different options Canva provides to create the best work to be used for other people to see and use. It allows me to use free images, designs, and elements provided by Canva without having to search on the internet for images and create my own. Additionally, it saves money while enabling the production of high-quality marketing material for the team. Canva also makes it fast and easy to create graphics, presentations, and social media content while maintaining brand consistency. The initial setup was very easy you just have to create an account and sign in.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

Some things I currently don’t like is that even though Canva is mostly free, the most features you need require a higher membership than the free one. Sometimes the design that you create can not be saved and gets deleted, wasting time and money. Also, the offline feature sometimes doesn’t work.

Canva lets me use free images and designs without internet searching. It saves money, aids brand consistency, and enables fast and easy creation of graphics, presentations, and social media content.

The library of assets is extremely helpful when creating designs quickly. The template library is also excellent for coming up with new ideas. I especially appreciate the Brand Kit feature for keeping regularly used colors, logos, fonts, etc. handy.

There are definitely areas where Canva is lacking for in-depth design work. I wish there was functionality to edit the points and lines of shapes more precisely than what's available now. I would also love if I could filter elements from the library more extensively- such as filtering out elements that won't allow me to change the colors.

Canva is allowing quick design creation for simple products, providing pre-made illustrations that speed up my processes, and allowing me to quickly and accurately copy and resize designs for different use cases.

I like being able to be creative without the use of AI, I like all of the template options, and it is very user-friendly.

I don't like that the spellcheck feature doesn't really work too well for me and it is annoying that the app doesn't let you log in. You have to open Canva in the browser to log in then go back to the app.

It’s a bit expensive but I appreciate that there is a free version for nonprofits. I wish there was a free better version for teachers.

I like how Canva's templates are very helpful, and the selection of elements and images is great because I can usually find exactly what I'm looking for. The implementation of AI tools in Canva allows me to describe the image I want, and Canva is usually pretty accurate at generating it for me. Canva is very intuitive, with a super-fast learning curve to catch on to how to use the tools. I love that I can store and organize my projects, and it's very cost-effective to create all of my business materials like flyers and business cards without relying on a company or an artist. The cost is also pretty reasonable for preprinted items. Additionally, the audio in Canva has made my life tremendously easier because the voiceovers are super easy to use, intuitive, and work perfectly.

I wish that there were more print options for some of the items that I would like to have. So some of the promotional items that I would like to print on, Canva doesn't offer those. I wish there was a customized tool that would allow print on various other options.

The fact that I can find a template at hand just by key searching is a huge time-saver compared to other platforms where I have to start from scratch. The initial setup was very easy, and this simplicity makes Canva even more appealing.

The membership fee is too high for me sometimes. At times, I need to edit just one thing, and I can't afford it. The template I used initially was a part of Canva Pro, and because my membership ended, I can no longer edit it. I would suggest if I edited a certain template prior and now my membership ended, allow me to still have access to said template.

It helps me to create lively slides and brochures for my employees. The UX is very easy to use and the support team has always been very responsive.
I have only used a few AI features but so far, it's been great. 
I havent had any performance issues nor major technical problems and I think that the pricing is the correct one.

I wish that it would allow to purchase bundles of X amount of icons/images that are Pro.

I like how accessible it is to create posts for multiple business areas. I can make a post about my birthday or put together a company presentation, depending on what I need.

I don’t like that, for multiple options, I have to use the premium interface. It should offer more options for free.

It solves a lot of problems, like creating images with Canva IA, as well as making posts and presentations. Also, I can integrate the system with other systems that automatically make presentations of the theme I choose.

The templates in Canva are very attractive and customisable too. And also, very easy to create templates for oneself.

Nothing of any sort to mention until now.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva has this feature to share the branded templates to be shared with only specific people that are added in my team. I find this very useful. Also, we can create the branded templates for our clients using Canva and a person who has no Photoshop experience, I feel Canva really does a good job.
