Every vendor in the<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/categories/home-care-agency-management"> </a><a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/categories/home-care-agency-management">Home Care Agency Management</a> category says HIPAA compliant somewhere; the differences show in what they make public. Three Leaders, three different postures:</p><ul>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/alayacare-alayacare/reviews"><strong>AlayaCare</strong></a>. Has the clearest public posture: it runs a dedicated trust center for security and privacy questions. </li>

<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/therap-services/reviews"><strong>Therap Services</strong></a>. A HIPAA-compliant EHR used by state systems and I/DD programs, the settings where data handling gets scrutinised hardest. It leans I/DD more than private duty care.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/axiscare-home-care-software/reviews"><strong>AxisCare</strong></a>. It publishes its own security and compliance guidance, though certification specifics are the kind of thing you ask for directly.</li>

&lt;p&gt;I’d clear a vendor only after confirming current audits, BAA terms, access controls, incident response, and the exact scope covering the deployed product.&lt;/p&gt;
