**What do you like best about Candidate Matching?**

Candidate Matching help to uncover the existing talent also engages qualified applicants to bring them back to new job requirements.
The marketing tool uses AI for a strong past candidate. 
This also saves too much duration to hassle.

**What do you dislike about Candidate Matching?**

The cost of the tool is not very effective. 
Sometimes it lags and provides false information as per the requirements. 
This can get reasonable if the cost per software gets reduced to a certain extent and makes it affordable.

**What problems is Candidate Matching solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Traditionally, it has been almost impossible to screen the existing candidate pool for a new role but with the help of candidate matching it Specifies job priorities & fills the candidate pipeline with high-quality & diverse applicants in seconds.
