# What are the best remote support platforms with co-browsing and screen sharing capabilities?

Straight up: these tools are strong on screen sharing and remote control, while true web co-browsing is less common, so I'm reading screen sharing from reviews and leaving co-browsing open.
I wouldn’t treat co-browsing and screen sharing as interchangeable. If the goal is helping someone through a checkout or account setup, taking over their whole screen can be unnecessary. TeamViewer and Splashtop look strong for device-level troubleshooting, but I’d probably look beyond this shortlist if true browser-only co-browsing is a requirement.
