What do you like best about Canapii?

Having used Canapii across multiple events over the years, I can honestly say it's been crucial in making our events a great success. Its interactivity features can liven up panel sessions (especially by allowing attendees to anonymously ask difficult questions). Personally I've found the app very effective while running my own panel sessions on stage at multiple conferences. Audiences can meaningfully contribute to the discussion on stage by submitting their own questions, and I always appreciate the back-end controls it gives to me and my colleagues -- just in case any submitted questions are inappropriate or irrelevant. I've also used Canapii to host live webinars and found that the app works great for QnA in a virtual setting too.

It's also been very useful for meeting with clients, attendees and prospects -- setting up meetings is very easy, especially as the app shows you when other attendees are free or not, saving a lot of back-and-forth scheduling time. The support team are responsive and excellent too. The people who run and manage Canapii are seasoned veterans in industry events, and they know how crucial attendee experience is in running successful events that people keep returning to. What do you dislike about Canapii?

What do you like best about Canapii?

It's a robust, feature rich online conference platform that performs well, has everything needed in one package, and presents a polished and accessible conference to attendees for a price that tends to be on par or lower than competitors. The support staff is very helpful, too, in my experience, esp. Mitzi who was very helpful and even did some things for us to save us time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Canapii?

The admin console [backstage area] for setting up the conference can be unintuitive, frustrating, features don't work as expected and controls are not where you expect or are hidden. Setting up an event requires some knowledge about the idiosyncratic functions of the platform and can lead to some stopping points that take up time until answered. The admin area was put together more by developers and can use some very intensive UX help from a UX specialist or user testing people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
