I couldn't get my pre-registered conference sessions to just automatically add to my schedule. Also, the downloading of files for the sessions was very difficult to figure out on my iPhone App and the reviewing of the sessions didn't work until the end (hard to provide realtime feedback). **What problems is Canapii solving and how is that benefiting you?** Centralized access to materials. **Official Response from Evana Choudhury:** > Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. The layout makes me comfortable. It support my laptop as well as mobile phone well. I experienced lost of password on the second day of event, the self service recovery password is smooth; I can back to the event in a short break. **What do you dislike about Canapii?** The uppermost menu is not so eye-catching, sometimes I don't know click to which of them. Unsure is my network problem or not, loading time in some occasions are quite slow. I have to wait for the loading end before moving on. Maybe a dark mode is a must nowadays. **What problems is Canapii solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's a event platform, there was only one event on my case which was organized by Lenovo. But imagine if I have 2-3 events happening on the same time, it would be great time if all of them using single platform like Canapii, so I don't need to to login in and viewing them in many tab of browsers. ### 5. The platform was visually appealing.
