**What do you like best about Campground Master?**

Easy to use, developer fast to respond to issues and help resolve them even if it's user error.  Reports are easy to create.  And the cost!

**What do you dislike about Campground Master?**

It has a slight learning curve but is not that hard to overcome.

**What problems is Campground Master solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CGM combined several databases into one.  Which in turn saves time and money by multiple hands involved.  Because more people can be fix their issues, we can get much more done.

**What do you like best about Campground Master?**

I like that with Campground we are able to set up network wide and it is accessible by various users. 

**What do you dislike about Campground Master?**

Sometimes it can have syncing problems which causes everyone to go offline for long periods of time. 

**Recommendations to others considering Campground Master:**

I wish there was an actual physical person to provide tech support. We have to call in for support and they log in remotely. 

**What problems is Campground Master solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Campground allows our various amenities to connect and confirm all reservations.
