# Which Trustpilot Consulting partners have teams dedicated to a specific industry rather than general reputation work?

Question for anyone who has evaluated Trustpilot partners for a regulated or niche business.

Which Trustpilot consulting partners actually have teams dedicated to a specific industry, rather than doing general reputation management across every kind of client?

I want to start a discussion on this because the industry matters more for reviews than for most marketing work. A credit union collecting reviews has compliance constraints a fashion retailer never thinks about. A marketplace seller's review trigger is delivery, while a SaaS company's is onboarding. A general agency has to learn that on your time.

Going through the Trustpilot Consulting category on G2, most listings are general digital agencies, and the category is light on reviews, so this is a read of what each firm is built around rather than a ranking. The ones with a clear industry lane:

ZAG Interactive: Best known as a bank and credit union agency, with almost 200 financial institution clients, WebAwards in the credit union category, and ADA compliance as a standing service. Acquired by Marquis in 2023. Trustpilot work sits inside broader website and marketing engagements rather than as a standalone review service.

eBusiness Guru: Best known for helping Amazon and eBay sellers build and market their own Magento stores. The industry lane is marketplace sellers going direct, where review collection has to survive the move off the marketplace.

Emma Forward: Best known for e-commerce strategy, auditing and re-platforming for online retailers, often alongside other agencies. Retail only, by design.

Elite SEM (now Tinuiti): The contrast case. Best known as a broad performance agency across search, social, Amazon and CRM, with practice teams by channel rather than by industry. Strong if you want scale, but it is the general model the question is asking to avoid.

ZAG Interactive's near 200 financial institution clients is a real specialization, not just a claim, and that kind of depth is hard to fake in a category this thin on reviews. I'd take a specialist who already understands your industry's review triggers over a generalist who has to learn them on your time, every time.
