# Which video email platforms have the best open and reply rate tracking for sales outreach?

Hey G2 folks, here is the tension in this question: opens are easy to track and easy to inflate, while replies are what outreach actually exists for. So which video email platforms have open and reply rate tracking that tells a sales team the truth?

Researching the video email category, the analytics data separates the same four names differently than the marketing does:

Sendspark: a personalized-sales-video tool whose recipient tracking rates 91% on G2's feature data, with campaign performance tracking at 89% for teams measuring outreach as a program, not just per email.

BombBomb: video-in-the-email as the core product, with recipient tracking rated 91% and campaign performance 90%, built around knowing which human watched and which thread went quiet.

Vidyard: the sales-video veteran, tracking who watched, how long, and what they did next, with thread length tracking rated 87%, a proxy for whether conversations continue.

Loom: broader async video rather than an outreach tool, with recipient tracking rated 89%, enough for reps who mainly need to know a prospect watched.

In my experience, video can lift replies when it feels genuinely personalized, especially for warmer or higher-value prospects. I wouldn’t expect the novelty alone to carry results though; once people get used to it, relevance and message quality still do most of the work.
