**What do you like best about CallView 360?**

I am also able to better understand callers’ behavior by using the information that is analyzed by the AI, which enables me to adjust my marketing plans and thus achieve improved outcomes. I think it captures a lot of information, and I am aware of how each call progresses

**What do you dislike about CallView 360?**

I am transcribing detailed call records or developing reports, it takes some time thus interrupting my work. CallView 360 have some issues with velocity at times. This can be very annoying, especially when am in a hurry and need some piece of information.

**What problems is CallView 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was pretty much operating in the dark when it came to call tracking. I liked CallView 360 because it helped me analyze my customer interactions much better. I am able to view what marketing campaigns lead to calls, pinpoint issues related to the sales script.

**What do you like best about CallView 360?**

Dial800 offers top of the line customer service. They are a solutions-oriented team, continually looking to expand, evolve, and develop new tools and features for customers. Having a provider like Dial800 that is turnkey at a reasonable cost helps keep my business running smoothly.

**What do you dislike about CallView 360?**

One thing I am not a fan is the cost associated with inactive TFN's. That's not necessarily a knock on Dial800 as it's an industry standard when resting TFN's with a RespOrg, but it's an added expensive I do not look forward to seeing in the invoice each month.

**What problems is CallView 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since I started my business in 2021, Dial800 embraced the new relationship and has taken great care of me. They explain processes, do the heavy lifting for me, and check in often to ensure my needs are met.

what I like the best about CallView 360 is, that it provides comprehensive call analytics, offering real time, insights and detailed reports. It's user friendly, interface makes it easy to track and analyze call data, enhancing decision making and performance. The integration capabilities and roabust customer support further element it appeal for businesses seeking efficient call management solutions.

CallView 360 can be overwhelming due to it's complex interface. Limited customization option, occasional technical glitches, and a steep learning curve, make it challenging for new users to navigate effectively.

It solves issues related to customer interaction management by providing a comprehensive view of all customer communications, enhancing efficiency and providing customer service, which ultimately benefits overall business performance.

**What do you like best about CallView 360?**

With CallView 360' I've been able to make my customer calls something which is easy to understand. I find that the rings are crystal clear and their analytics feels like I am pinpointing precisely up to where calls are dropping or converting.

**What do you dislike about CallView 360?**

The obstacle which makes me flounder out at times is this: my ability to cope with high call intakes.

I am completely confident that CallView 360 has removed the mystery, which I used to confront while working on my marketing activities. Through the listening and observation, I can make note of aspects which need amendment to pitch and very specifically recognize the marketing channel generating the leads.

I like the way user interface is designed. it helps tech professionals for working efficiently especially in support environments.

Sometimes it gets laggy. But it's not that bad. Still worthy for the price. a reboot helps with it.

Please try this application for once. It's a good application for tracking calls related to different streams like toll free and call routing.

**What do you like best about CallView 360?**

Dial 800's CallView 360 provides lots of data and is extremely intuitive, which is something important to me as I tend to try and feel/learn platforms out rather than watch any instructional videos or go through orientations.  Also helps to have fantastic employees at Dial800 who make everything super easy

**What do you dislike about CallView 360?**

Can't think of anything really...the platform meets are needs and more!

We are honing our media expense to the most optimal channels/times/spots, and the platform allows us to quickly determine what is working for us

I like the ease of using it. It gives a full control. I can monitor and manage the calls the way I want by using mult-channel calling feature. Dynamic Number Insertion is a fav. feature.

**What do you dislike about CallView 360?**

There is no trial version, and it's a bit expensive too. A skeptical person would not put money to buy unless he knows someone who is using it.

It helps grow your business if you are dealing with clients remotely. Worth trying

I keep the catalogue of phone call recordings for later use. I am tracking phone calls when multiple parties are involved.

It allows for me to plan my business calls better, I'm able to see and monitor who I'm calling and who is calling me. If there's a spam contact, I'm notified,

I haven't seen many features that I haven't enjoyed, I can see accessibility being an issue for some folks.

I'm able to track phone calls and use the analytic tools to help track recordings, which is so helpful for large projects and campaigns.

CallView 360 has helped make my job easier by providing thorough reports that show Everything i needed to know about my incoming and  outgoing calls as well as providing recordings in the event they were needed

The set up was extremely easy.  I called in and was greeted with expertise!

I haven't had any issues so far and hope it stays this way!

I like the convenience of being able to access my information from anywhere that there is an internet connection.
