What do you like best?

Integrate your outsourced call center power with a powerful CRM platform. Pre-profiled and scored leads fill your pipeline and make selling easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Leaves some gaps between the inside sales and marketing teams. Cloudbased CRM so your data isn't inhouse. Not so easy to interface with your existing CRM. Callbox Pipeline was only a solution for our out of house marketing, not for our inhouse marketing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the provider? What benefits have you realized?

We were looking for a CRM alternative to use for outsourced call marketing without giving full access to our database. This solution wasn't a good fit for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
