although the weekly emailed stats are great, it would be nice to have a dashboard available to access realtime info, and a collated view of the project so far. The customer support team and the intended audience might not have the same culture. A call centre in the UK/US with people who know the local rules and customs of the target audience could help customers understand what they want and talk to them better. Affording us the resource of an outbound sales team to spark the initial interest in our products with our chosen vertical of target businesses for our small team of software consultants to then demonstrate the solution. Callbox worked with us on business development in the US for our niche B2B 3D printing products. This is a very technical and complicated persona, which is extremely hard to find.
