The feedback regarding the campaign success weekly is useful. The research time spent really helped, they work collaboratively with us to understand the business, present the right tone and message etc Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Callbox?

although the weekly emailed stats are great, it would be nice to have a dashboard available to access realtime info, and a collated view of the project so far. The customer support team and the intended audience might not have the same culture. A call centre in the UK/US with people who know the local rules and customs of the target audience could help customers understand what they want and talk to them better.
