What do you like best about Call Loop?

I've been using Call Loop as my SMS platform and couldn't be happier with the service and the support. Their team is incredibly responsive—whenever I have a question or need help, I get answers fast, and always with a helpful attitude. That alone is rare and appreciated.

What do you dislike about Call Loop?

I wish I had the ability to text from my own personal cell phone number, and i wish that I could automate ringless voicemail in a way similar to how you can use shortcodes in text messages that provide the person's name and details. This would be a game changer for those of us who use this to send individual voicemails, rather than bulk, so they can be highly personalized. If I could send a bulk voicemail using some sort of super high quality voice clone of myself, that was able to say the person's name, business name, business location, and sound completely natural, that would be amazing. To the large number of subscribers it directly send sms in fast and easy way.which is really save our time. It sending reminders for that. We can personalize our information, messages and voicemail. What do you like best about Call Loop?

We organise public courses and sending reminders post the regsitration was tedious task due to manual process followed. The best feature for our post registration activities was voice broadcasting. This helped us to send timely reminders, saving time from manual calling to large number of clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Call Loop?

I did not find anything that I dislike. The user interface is easy to use. IT team seem to implement it into our business process faster than expected. I have not used any other product to give you a comparitive review. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Call Loop solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our post registrations were not automated and everything was run manually. We were looking for tool which could optimise this partcular process. Voice Broadcasting was one such feature that helped us scale the process time. We are yet to check their SMR marketing feaure which is another tool that we are looking for.
