**What do you like best about Calipsa?**

Calipsa's technology provides real-time monitoring and alerts which enhance security and response times. Their AI effectevely reduces false alarms by accurately distinguishing between genuine threats and benign activities. The cloud based nature of their services ensures scalability, flexibility and ease of access from anywhere.

**What do you dislike about Calipsa?**

Being a cloud based service Calipsa's effectiveness can be limited by internet connectivity issues, which can be a concern in areas with unstable internet connections. While Calipsa is cost-effective in reducing false alarms, the initial investment and subscription cost might be barrier for smaller business.

**What problems is Calipsa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Intrusion Detection: It monitors video feeds in real-time to detect unauthorized access or intrusions, providing immediate alerts to security personnel.
Operational Efficiency: By automating the monitoring process and reducing the need for constant human supervision, Calipsa improves the overall efficieny of security operations.

**What do you like best about Calipsa?**

Our company is using it for monitoring camera health and thereby removing the false alarms caused by unknown reasons.

**What do you dislike about Calipsa?**

I find the tool very high level to be understood and implemented.

**What problems is Calipsa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The tool is providing on time almars, whenever required. Besides, it helped to remove the fake situations that occured earlier casuibg panic among the employees.
