I like that there are many options that are suggested and I can input what I need to get fixed

That its a little slow in its response time and it seems to lag in menus

I recommend checking out other options first

**What problems is CafeX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps with Microsoft products to be sure but lacks extreme support muscle.
