What do you like best about C3 Yard?

C3 Yard is a highly customizable software, allowing it to adapt to almost all the processes already in place within our yard. It helps us structure and strengthen our working methods, traceability, and security on the yard, while increasing our productivity.

The software is relatively easy to use, and full of features that allow for the automation of the most common tasks. It is a real asset on a daily basis for yard supervisors, enabling them to make the right decisions at the right time.

While the implementation may seem complex at first glance (because the software is highly configurable), the C3 support team is exceptional in their approach and technical assistance, and they provide you with extensive experience on the subject.

Regular updates and effective monitoring allow the tool to evolve and refine needs throughout its use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about C3 Yard?

C3 is obviously interconnectable with other systems, like a TMS, but the integration is not the easiest, as the APIs are slightly behind technologically and are not always complete. Nothing prohibitive and the documentation is solid, but it's a parameter to consider in the implementation time of the tool if one wishes, like GLS France, for a very advanced integration and automation.

Furthermore, the reporting section would benefit in the future from being a bit more flexible, more illustrated, and more advanced, even if most of the reports are sufficient at launch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about C3 Yard?

I wanted to share some thoughts on why C3's product has been so beneficial for us.

One of the greatest strengths of C3 is its ease of use. The simplicity of the product is crucial for our end-users to efficiently complete their daily tasks. Additionally, the flexibility of C3 is outstanding; I truly believe there's nothing that can't be adapted, even on short notice.

The C3 team has been fully supportive of our evolving requirements. They are excellent at sharing their product knowledge and work tirelessly to ensure we are always at the forefront of product innovations. For example, our recent transition from unslotted to slotted parking at our sites was a significant project that went very smoothly. This change greatly improved efficiency for our drivers in locating trailers. Furthermore, we've successfully rolled out C3 to three additional sites over the past year, and each implementation quickly became business as usual.

Their dedication to customer satisfaction is exceptional. Even with the time difference, the C3 team consistently goes above and beyond to ensure our business remains stable within the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about C3 Yard?

I wanted to share some thoughts on how we might enhance the report building function. I've found the current process to be quite trial-and-error, and I believe simplifying it would be a very welcome improvement.

Additionally, managing varying levels of access for different roles within our business can be challenging. I think streamlining the process for adding and removing these access levels would greatly benefit our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about C3 Yard?

The C3 project team provided excellent support when transitioning from Yardsmart to Yard. C3's effiency and open schedule helped with solving complex scenerios which contributed to the success of the project. All members of the project team are knowledgable from implementation phases to complex integration configuration. This made communication when testing and troubleshooting easy! What do you dislike about C3 Yard?

C3 lacks dashboards that can be customizable based on our needs. Simple turn time metrics, jockey scorecards, dock utilizations are KPIs that measure performance are metrics we had to bridge with a BI tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about C3 Yard?

We transitioned from Yardsmart to Yard in 2022 previously being with C3 Solutions since 2007 . We have found both solutions a perfect fit for our operations throughout the UK / Ireland but the advantages of Yard both display & future enhancements was something we required as a business to move forward with the times.
