We integrated our BurstSMS with our CRM system which manages our daily customer approvals, quotes and invoice reminders. Our CRM holds the data and sends it to BurstSMS via Zaper which is very easy to setup and customise. BurstSMS customer support is very quick and professional when we have issues, which is very rare. Burst SMS is exceptionally affordable at 1.9 cents per text. Additionally, the ability to mass upload text lists from excel makes the process quick, easy, and streamlined. Burst allows me the ability to schedule in advance large text campaigns for our communities, thus streamlining my schedule as well as reducing the amount of time and work on my local teams.
