  ### 1. BurstSMS and Telnyx are good as their own platform but have pros and cons

**What do you like best about Burst SMS?**

BurstSMS works as promised but it requires Zapier to integrate to our CRM

**What do you dislike about Burst SMS?**

No native integration to Hubspot and 3CX.

**What problems is Burst SMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BurstSMS can send SMS from our old CRM activecampaign, we have to change to change it because it requires zap to use it with Hubspot and no integration with 3CX.

**What do you like best about Burst SMS?**

It's so simple to use, it literally takes 10 minutes to train new hires, which cuts down on payroll while boosting productivity 

**What do you dislike about Burst SMS?**

I don't dislike anything, but one of the down sides is, this is used for marketing to our overseas clients. I really wish they'd broaden so we can use burst in the usa. 

**Recommendations to others considering Burst SMS:**

Please expand to the united states! 

**What problems is Burst SMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Benefits are that you can target a wide range of people instantly via text messaging, most people prefer to be contacted this way and will read a text before listening to voice mail.  On the down side, it can come across as spammy, but only about 12% complain. Sales to our international consumers habe increased 38% the first quarter.
