What do you like best about BuildingLink.com?

Buildinglink has multiple sections that can truly assist you with resident information. It is very thorough and is essential for a concierge. The "dashboard" has pertinent information... everything from "Action Items", "Active Announcements", " Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BuildingLink.com?

I haven't explicitly come across something that I dislike about Buildinglink. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BuildingLink.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

If a resident comes down to the Concierge and only gives their name... You can quickly look up their unit number and vice versa... events can be scheduled in the calendar... packages are maintained efficiently. It is beneficial to have an email automatically sent to the resident once scanned and saved. We can keep track of keys going in and out, who is allowed in the building, and who is not. The software enables us to make people accountable for their actions, therefore truly minimizing human error. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BuildingLink.com?

Easy to learn, easy to navigate, easy to use...what's not to love about BuildingLink. The database we used prior to BuildingLink left us asking "I wish there was software that could...." questions. Today, all of our resident management concerns are met with this one peice of software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BuildingLink.com?

There are one or two features that could be easier accessed with one click instead of two...maybe the ability to customize a shortcut menu; also pop-up or blinking reminders. Other than that, it does everything well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BuildingLink.com?

Front desk instruction, dashboard tools are easily accessible. The ease of going from the computer site to the mobile app is seamless. The ease of a virtual mailbox within the site to send out daily emails about renovations or water shut off is awesome. There is concierge version that can be used offline and helps keep records up to date when the internet is out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BuildingLink.com?

That you have to force refresh the mobile application for it to update. The maintenance tab and information is great but there are kinks when it comes to printing more than single page reports at a time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BuildingLink.com?

I like that everything is basically right there at your fingertips, literally. Every option on the screen is self explanatory and if you happen to get confused, all you have to know how to do is read. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Honestly, I haven’t found anything that I dislike about Buildinglink.com. As I said previously, it’s so easy to use even for someone like me who is not sure of themselves while using technology. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BuildingLink.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

BuildingLink provides business benefits such as keeping my tenants packages and dry cleaning logged & organized so nothing can be misplaced or stolen. It also provides me residential access at the push of a button, meaning I can find phone numbers or any other pertinent information ASAP. The whole system/setup is a huge benefit. Understanding the Website and/or Mobile App is super easy. BuildingLink gives Staff & Residents an equal platform of making online communications with simplicity and speed.

"BuildingLink makes Communicating a Breeze!"

What do you like best about BuildingLink.com?

The user interface is designed well, making this very easy to use. Compared to other rivaling software, like Rent Cafe, Building Link is much better organized and intuitive. It's easy to send out group e-mails without having to shuffle through Outlook's clunky address book. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can't really think of anything I dislike, as compared to some of the other similar platforms I used (like Microsoft Outlook or Rent Cafe), every rival's shortcomings are resolved through BuildingLink. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
