"The Industry Standard and with Good Reason"

What do you like best?

Easy to learn, easy to navigate, easy to use...what's not to love about BuildingLink. The database we used prior to BuildingLink left us asking "I wish there was software that could...." questions. Today, all of our resident management concerns are met with this one peice of software.

What do you dislike?

There are one or two features that could be easier accessed with one click instead of two...maybe the ability to customize a shortcut menu; also pop-up or blinking reminders. Other than that, it does everything well.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Go for it.

BuildingLink is a safe, secure portal for managing any and everything a resident could possibly need.

"I use Buildinglink..com for multiple uses while working and Inputting data could not be easier."

What do you like best?

I like that everything is basically right there at your fingertips, literally. Every option on the screen is self explanatory and if you happen to get confused, all you have to know how to do is read.

What do you dislike?

Honestly, I haven’t found anything that I dislike about Buildinglink.com. As I said previously, it’s so easy to use even for someone like me who is not sure of themselves while using technology.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I simply have 3 words for others considering BuilingLink.com, Go For It!!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

BuildingLink provides business benefits such as keeping my tenants packages and dry cleaning logged & organized so nothing can be misplaced or stolen. It also provides me residential access at the push of a button, meaning I can find phone numbers or any other pertinent information ASAP. The whole system/setup is a huge benefit. Organization is key. Everything from incident reports to the weather is all right there for you to access with ease.

"Great Tool For Building Management"

What do you like best?

Front desk instruction, dashboard tools are easily accessible. The ease of going from the computer site to the mobile app is seamless. The ease of a virtual mailbox within the site to send out daily emails about renovations or water shut off is awesome. There is concierge version that can be used offline and helps keep records up to date when the internet is out.

What do you dislike?

That you have to force refresh the mobile application for it to update. The maintenance tab and information is great but there are kinks when it comes to printing more than single page reports at a time.

The system goes out if the internet is down. They have developed a concierge version that can be used offline and helps keep records up to date when the internet is out.

"A Complete Package"

What do you like best?

Understanding the Website and/or Mobile App is super easy. BuildingLink gives Staff & Residents an equal platform of making online communications with simplicity and speed.

Private Information is securely stored on their servers and is easily manageable.

What do you dislike?

Multiple Hyperlinks for changing multiple details for the same Unit. Could be a significant improvement as it is very time consuming.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Entering information for Owners/Residents and using BuildingLink as a platform to limit physical communication via phone to get messages through to residents.

"Brings Communities and Management Together"

What do you like best?

The maintenance tracking module is the most useful tool for managers I've ever come across. You can create work tickets from the office, it hits your maintenance technicians phone, and then they can complete and close out the ticket even with pictures. I do not have package tracking at my current property, but if I did this would be a godsend.

What do you dislike?

The program does take a long time to set up since you have to provide them with so much information that needs to be in their format, but it's worth it in the long run. It's also fairly expensive, but it's so all encompassing you can get rid of other association management software to save some money. We got rid of three different platforms once we had BuildingLink live.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Have a presentation done for your Boards. It will be worth it. The BuildingLink rep is very good and answering questions and shows your Board how this platform will not only help make management's life easier but also a great tool for residents.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Maintenance is easier to track and search. Also, residents are able to communicate more effectively with both management and each other. I've used this software at several different properties and am always thrilled when I get a Board to approve it.

"BuildingLink makes Communicating a Breeze!"

What do you like best?

The user interface is designed well, making this very easy to use. Compared to other rivaling software, like Rent Cafe, Building Link is much better organized and intuitive. It's easy to send out group e-mails without having to shuffle through Outlook's clunky address book.

What do you dislike?

I can't really think of anything I dislike, as compared to some of the other similar platforms I used (like Microsoft Outlook or Rent Cafe), every rival's shortcomings are resolved through BuildingLink.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

BuildingLink is superior the to many other property management software available on the market. I highly recommend it for it's usability.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Communicating easily with condo owners/residents as well as the concierge, Property Manager, and any other on-site staff. I can easily post notices on the bulletin board as well. BuildingLink is excellent!

"Great concept - stuck in 2014"

What do you like best?

It's a great concept, easy to use, simple place to put all relevant community information and post updates.

What do you dislike?

App and user interface stuck in 2014. Looks and feels old, outdated, lacks a robust mobile and app experience.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Proactive community communication is key. No more mass letters under the door or plastering every wall with an announcement.

"User friendly"

What do you like best?
