The maintenance tracking module is the most useful tool for managers I've ever come across. You can create work tickets from the office, it hits your maintenance technicians phone, and then they can complete and close out the ticket even with pictures. I do not have package tracking at my current property, but if I did this would be a godsend.
The program does take a long time to set up since you have to provide them with so much information that needs to be in their format, but it's worth it in the long run. It's also fairly expensive, but it's so all encompassing you can get rid of other association management software to save some money. We got rid of three different platforms once we had BuildingLink live.
Have a presentation done for your Boards. It will be worth it. The BuildingLink rep is very good and answering questions and shows your Board how this platform will not only help make management's life easier but also a great tool for residents.
Maintenance is easier to track and search. Also, residents are able to communicate more effectively with both management and each other. I've used this software at several different properties and am always thrilled when I get a Board to approve it.
