What do you like best about Whale?

I love how seamlessly Whale integrates with Yardi and how easy the platform is to use, with a very straightforward setup process. The Whale team was extremely hands-on during implementation and continues to be responsive and supportive whenever we have questions or need assistance. It has saved us so much time operationally; being able to collect and refund security deposits electronically has eliminated the need to cut and track physical checks. What do you dislike about Whale?

One area that could be improved is additional reporting within the platform for tracking and internal reconciliation that can be exported from Whale. What do you like best about Whale?

Whale has completely transformed how we manage security deposits. Tenants love transparency and real-time visibility, which builds trust and reduces disputes. What do you like best about Whale?

As a Regional Manager, I’ll admit I was initially skeptical about stepping outside the traditional approach to security deposits. However, implementing WHALE has been one of the best decisions we’ve made.

From the start, the rollout was seamless and well-supported. What do you like best about Whale?

I'm a California landlord and I've always been concerned about proper handling and management of security deposits. They are also the only part of my management process that isn't automated or digital. By moving my tenant's deposits to Whale, I'm no longer concerned about the liability, interest and accounting concerns/hassels AND, now when a tenant moves out, all I do is click a few buttons and the move out process is complete. No more snail mailed, hand written checks or issues with incorrect forwarding addresses. I can't imagine going back to the old way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whale?

I haven't found a dislike. My main concern was the onboarding process but the team at Whale was very helpful and created simple processes for efficiently migrating over to their platform and integrating with my existing systems. Very satisified so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Whale?

Whale is the only product in the space that I have found to provide significant benefits to us, as an operator, and to our residents.

Whale allows us to eliminate much of the manual processes associated with collecting and refunding security deposits.

We onboarded Whale on a rolling basis across the residents at one of our properties - and the residents who were not a part of the 'first batch' of residents onboarding, were clamoring for a Whale account! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
